My account is still open and i can play. Our problem differs, i got an email for "insufficent play". I dont know about u and if u used "artifical intelligence" but it looks like they are very sure u did. I believe you that you are not guilty but in the end i dont know u.

I am going to wait what the operations departement answers me. I will write here after they did so.

What is this about winnings from heads up games being treated as bonus money??

Also confused by this. I just played standard hu sng like 5$ ones. Probably 10 in total to waste time while waiting for a tourney to start. I bought in with my cash and was rewarded in cash. I never even used any deposit bonuses nor was i trying to unlock any bonuses during this time. The only money i received which would be considered bonus money was cash from the daily cashback spins.

Completely understandable. I thought your account was locked as well unjustly. I am going to proceed with launching a complaint with ecogra.org who is their registered 3rd party disputer where you can bring your claim next if you feel their investigation result is incorrect. I had just figured if you were in a similar boat, along with a few others, it generally would be better to collectively file a complaint as it may have a better chance of being heard than if done individually.

Either way good luck with your situation and i hope you have better results than i have so far. Keep us posted.

I have had many many issues over the years at many sites and usually if i get banned its for using abusive language after ive had enough of feeling robbed or being given the runaround while the sites send time wasting unrelated questions or directions in emails after blocking accounts as a deterent from speaking up again lol lol.I dont cheat anyone out of anything in this world and i get extremely frustrated when i know or feel like the sites or players are cheating me,once upon a time i had a lot more self control,now it just spills out because life is too short and its been a long monotonous road watching rats on treadmills everywhere i look.
Life is a rollercoaster on or off the felt.

You do know that 888 handles withdrawals in snail pace right. Since it usually takes 3 full days then you'd get your money at some point today ...

I reinstalled the 888poker software with a $ 35 balance and simply disappeared my balance without making a transaction or transfer, I contacted support and they rolled up until I got tired. Here's the tip.

And though I have already passed the verification, I replied that I could not send copies of the originals of their documents and send notarized copies consider complete nonsense? !! At the parted! This week I received the first part of the $88 free bonus package and I wanted to know if there's a way to know how many bonus points I have so far or how much more I have to wager to unlock the next $8 increment. I know that while you have the first $1 of instant cash, you can see how much you need to wager to withdrawal that bonus in the bonus section, but since I don't have that dollar anymore, I don't know where I can check how many more points I need for the next part.

Good work? Lol ok wait untill you have a problem and they not answer you for over 1 or 2 weeks and if you finally receive an answer its mostly very bad and you can wait again.

I have deposited a few times to use their sports book at 888. I never win any sports bet so I quit and trying poker again after 15 years away. If I did win at freeroll poker and built a withdraw and had troubles I would delete site and move on. 15 years ago I would win many free rolls and also many cash tables. Not at 888 but at many other sites and never had one issue. I hope 888 isn’t a bad site for customer service.

Just wait until you win some money or when you start playing on cash tables.
You can see a lot of bots over there, or players who played over 40 hours straight.
Take a look in this section for screenshot I posted few months ago.
Here is one recent, the guy is multitabling and always wait 5-6 seconds to act, and playing over 10 hrs straight, and 888 don't do anything as far as I know to stop bots on their poker site.


Just take a look at any low limit cash table, and you will find a lot of them.
Anyway, gl to you and your 888 journey, I would recommend PS or partypoker instead of 888.

888 customer support is slow and it's not comepent IMHO, they don't answer at all or they take really loooong time to get any incopetent response.

I never had any issue with PS or PartyPoker customer support.
They always answered in timely manner, they care about their customer service.

See a couple of people saying 888 will not open same problem here 888 rep tried uninstalling then reinstalling getting this message from my anti-virus.

I think when I had this I went to more options and marked the file/executable as safe.
