Here a few things which may help understand why my appreciation of 888 has slipped a few notches (but is still one of the best sites out there):

During the Ddos attacks I had qualified for the Barcelona game but I could not enter it via the software nor by the client browser trying numerous times. Apparently there was a rescheduling notification "given within the software" which I could not access so I was out of the loop. An email notification would have helped!
After the above fiasco I qualified relatively early for the $55 God of the Arena event. Afterwards, I received a ticket for the qualifier as an apology for the Ddos interruption. A nice gesture but completely useless for me..and I kept receiving numerous further tickets for this game which were unusable.

My online ID at 888 is Polytarp1 and I'm at level 116 (out of 1500). I've only started playing online again since March 2018 and am learning things both the easy and hard way. Conversely, I hope 888 learns something from what I have experienced. Mistakes are fine as long as they're survivable, something is done to ensure they (or a variation thereof) is not repeated and steps were taken to reverse any damage incurred...like how 888 provided the apology ticket entry to its players (though misapplied in my case).

Cheers

Dear 888 Representative,

I am pissed (read upset) at how the 888 cashier handled a withdrawal request of $350 US to be posted to my Canadian account by wire transfer. I had read the "888 Withdrawal Policy" and believed I had adhered to it. Please review my account, you have my full permission to do so and please review the chat transcript I had requested to be forwarded to management. The agent was courteous but not competent.

If a financial request is put through adhering to your withdrawal policy, 888 does not have the right to disregard my instructions and implement withdrawals that not only cost unwanted service fees but also enact an irreversible transaction. Look at Ecopayz, I cannot deposit only withdraw. Further, Ecopayz was my 888 depositor of choice AND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION this option was removed leaving only the withdrawal option. A prior chat agent, before this one, stated that I did not have a withdrawal option via Ecopayz (please review THAT chat if you wish) which showed me this agent was oblivious to how my account was structured.

I have been working my way up from tens of dollars to hundreds of dollars and am continuing, however, 888 disregarding my instructions and taking it upon themselves to decide where to allocate my funds WITHOUT MY CONSENT is not acceptable. Please reverse all transactions and enact my original request if possible. If 888 is unable to do so then please outline explicitly why. I would sincerely appreciate an indication as to where I contravened 888's Withdrawal Policy. In all cases, if 888 cannot follow through on my request then they should not do it all and state why so that I may change my request accordingly. In this case, I have paid uncessary service fees, I do not have the funds I needed in the account I specified AND I now have funds in an account (Ecopayz) which cannot be disbursed back into 888.

Assuming I had won a few larger games and had several thousand dollars that I wished to withdraw. Based on my account, what would 888 do?

Please feel free to respond within this thread or send a PM. I sincerely appreciate the fact that I am able to state my issue to you as an 888 representative within this forum.

Thank you for taking the time to review my issue.

“HateH4teHate” Denies Sam Greenwood Whale Title
The $1,050 buy-in Whale easily surpassed its $50K GTD by attracting 51 players who rebought 25 times. Among those to compete for a portion of the $76,000 prize pool but come up short were 888poker Ambassador Martin “MJacobson888” Jacobson, Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt, and Charlie “chazcombes” Combes, just to name a few.

The top seven players got paid including “NoMamesWeyyy” (7th - $3,420), “Madeon1994” (4th - $7,600), and “SalsaFiesta” (3rd - $11,400). After 5 hours and 35 minutes, Malta’s “HateH4teHate” bested Canada’s Sam “FlatTopTony” Greenwood in heads-up play to win a $26,600 top prize.

Russians Battle for Sunday GREAT 8 Title

“stealwave888” Weathers the Monsoon for Mother Russia

The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon saw 199 players rebuy 41 times to create a $12,000 prize pool. That was paid out to the top 27 players including “M.Alessandro” (21st - $120), “Merfinis” (10th - $210), “Sk_k88” (5th - $720), and Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (3rd - $1,410).

After 6 hours and 18 minutes, the title came down to Russia’s “stealwave888” and Denmark’s “botte400.” The Russian wound up the victor and took down a $2,580 first-place prize.

“summertime3” Claims Sunday Deepstack Monsoon Title for Canada

Hello.
Last night I was at a friend's house, whose connection is via Forthnet.gr. I tried to download 888poker.eu and play the CC free-roll on her laptop. Both browsers (Firefox and Chrome) rerouted me to the Greek gambling Regulating Comission's blacklist page, when I clicked the "download" button.
Same thing happened when I tried "instant play" via both browsers.
Why is that and what can I do. I will need to use the above mentioned laptop and connection some times.
Any help will be appreciated.

Update. On my pc, the client opens, but I cannot open the cashier's page, via all three options ("cashier" button, cashier menu and London promo).

This screenshot is meant for blind people right because you whitened the most important part ...

E: like when you hide your bankroll then how we'd know that you actually didn't receive it ...

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: November 4, 2018

Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt Wins $100K GTD Sunday Mega Deep for $20,867

888poker’s premiere event on Sunday was the $215 buy-in, $100K GTD Sunday Mega Deep, a tournament that drew 342 players who rebought 200 times. That meant a $108,400 prize pool was up for grabs for the top 48 finishers.

Some players to bank some cash were “joao_mathis” (24th - $1,051), “RakDoll” (13th - $1,463), “PBD03” (9th - $1,897), and “Madeon1994” (3rd - $11,653).

After 10 hours and 52 minutes, the title came down to Sweden’s Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt and the UK’s Paul “Senta99” Senter. The Swede, a regular on 888poker, wound up the victor to claim the $20,867 top prize. It was Åstedt’s first big win since he took down the July 1st $50K Whale for $20,000.

“Farrugia_1” Denies Anton “B.Mitchell” Wigg a Whale Title
The $1,050 Whale saw 46 players rebuy 19 times to create a $65,000 prize pool, which surpassed the $50K GTD. Among those to compete but fall short of a cash were 888poker Ambassador Martin “MJacobson888” Jacobson, Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt, and bubble boy “DosPoochies.”

Only the top seven got paid including Simon “Isildur1337x” Mattsson (6th - $3,575), “blowjob1987” (5th - $4,875), “Kannwas” (4th - $6,500), and “Hurrrrican3” (3rd - $9,750).

After 5 hours and 32 minutes, Malta’s “Farrugia_1” bested Sweden’s Anton “B.Mitchell” Wigg in heads-up play to win the title and $24,050 top prize. You might recall that back in the 2017 XL Eclipse, “Farrugia_1” took down the $160 Tune Up for $41,175, so he’s got some high-stakes tournament experience on 888poker!

GREAT 8 Ends in Three-Way Deal and “Sektor171994” on Top

The $88 buy-in, $8,000 GTD Sunday GREAT 8 easily surpassed its guarantee by drawing 104 players who rebought 48 times, which created a $12,160 prize pool. The top 16 got paid including 888poker Ambassador Parker “888tonkaaaa” Talbot (13th - $243), “Civoldar” (8th - $365), “PBD03” (6th - $608), and “igrok521” (4th - $1,094).

With three players left in the tournament a deal was struck that saw the triumvirate each lock up more than $2,000. Finland’s “Sektor171994” was crowned the winner and won the most with a $2,332 prize after the deal.

“POTITOOOOOOO” Captures Monsoon Title for the Second Time in 2018

The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon attracted 200 players to the virtual felt and saw them rebuy 56 times. That generated a $12,800 prize pool paid out to the top 27 players including “Jonotan888” (24th - $128), “ego_death” (12th - $224), “BlackBrahman” (6th - $640), and “Flea_man11” (3rd - $1,504).

After 6 hours and 39 minutes, Malta’s “POTITOOOOOOO” finished off Russia’s “rashthecash” to win the title and $2,752 first-place prize. It was actually the second time this year “POTITOOOOOOO” won the Monsoon. Back on July 12, he topped a 154-entry field to win it for $2,170.

Brazil’s “Rodrigosjc1” Victorious in Sunday Deepstack Monsoon

Meanwhile, the $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Sunday Deepstack Monsoon had 207 players who rebought 66 times, which meant a $13,650 prize pool was paid out to the top 27 spots. Among those to find a payday were Mike “Pipedream17” Dietrich (21st - $136.50), Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (18th - $171), “PBD03” (10th - $239), and “siraa1” (4th - $1,194).

After Malta’s “facilmeudeus” bowed out in third place for $1,604, the title came down to Brazil’s “Rodrigosjc1” and Belarus’ “Gidrilla.” After just over nine hours in the tournament, the Brazilian prevailed to capture the $2,935 top prize.

Why I cannot play at this site. It says I need to be from New Jersey to play. It is totally stupid and unnecessary.
