what the heck is going on with your software??
I am trying for past few days to use Casino, over any browser, and it's giving me Video Slot error 103, all the time.
It's ongoing issue for past 5 days or so.
Any advice??
Or do we need to cash out and uninstall your buggy software and forget about it?

The biggest buy-in of the weekend was the $1,050 Whale, which surpassed its $50K GTD by attracting 54 players who rebought 19 times. Among those to compete for a portion of a $73K prize pool, but ultimately fall short, were Stephen “Kale333” Van Zadelhoff, Chris “NigDawgG” Brammer, and 888poker Ambassador Martin “MJacobson888” Jacobson.
Just the top seven players got paid including “wellyxx” (5th - $5,475), “DosPoochies” (4th - $7,300), and “sonmonedass” (3rd - $10,950). After 5 hours and 31 minutes, Austria’s “Kannwas” defeated Sweden’s Simon” Isildur1337x” Mattsson in heads-up play to win $25,550. The Swede walked away with a $16,425 consolation prize.
You might remember that “Kannwas” won the 2016 Super XL Main Event for nearly $41K and finished runner-up in the 2017 XL Inferno High Roller for $129,600.
Brazil’s “GritinhO_Dzi” Takes Down the Sunday Mega Deep
The $215 buy-in Sunday Mega Deep featured a $100K GTD, but with 365 players rebuying 195 times a $112,000 prize pool was up for grabs. The top 48 players earned a piece of it including Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt (31st - $762),”summuNNN” (23rd - $1,086), “Al_Robbya” (12th - $1,960), and “GangstaGo” (4th - $8,680).
After “PoulPanasony” took his leave in third place for $12,040, the title came down to Brazil’s “GritinhO_Dzi” and Canada’s “BrAvEHrT1.” After nearly 12 hours in the tournament, the Brazilian came out the victor to the tune of $21,560. It marked his first win on 888pokr since July 7, 2017 when he won the $10,000 Deepstack Swordfish for $1,685.

The $88 buy-in $10,000 Sunday GREAT 8 crushed its guarantee by drawing 134 players who rebought 46 times. That created a $14,400 prize pool paid out to the top 24 players including “msksevart” (21st - $180), Preban “prebzzz” Stokkan (11th - $324), Sam “sammygrinder” Grafton (5th - $792), and “MAMOHT_T” (3rd - $1,728).
After 5 hours and 45 minutes, the title came down to the UK’s “summuNNN” and Canada’s “guydeet39.” Eventually, the former came out on top to capture a $3,132 first-place prize.
Ireland’s “CheryWaaves” Wades Through Tough Sunday DeepStack Monsoon Field
The $55 buy-in Sunday DeepStack Monsoon featured a $10K GTD, which it easily blew by after 207 player rebought 67 times and created a $13,700 prize pool. Among the top 27 to get paid were “luffEEE” (26th - $137), “Dablinov” (12th - $240), and “alexos888” (4th - $1,199).
After 8 hours and 52 minutes, it was Ireland’s “CheryWaaves” defeating Germany’s “tier999111” in hads-up play to win the tournament for $2,946.
Romania’s “IlovePickles” Weathers the Monsoon to Win $2,784
The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon saw 198 players take to the virtual felt and rebuy 61 times, which created a $12,950 prize pool paid out to the top 27 spots. Among those to cash were Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (16th - $162), “Jamiemegan12” (6th - $647.50), and “GramNaKartke” (5th - $777).

Dear Rep,
I made an effort and levelled up a lot in 888 Poker Club. I made it from lvl 64 to 86 in the last few days. But instead of 21 level up tickets and 5 scratchcard for the 5 level steps, I only received 5 tickets and 1 Scratchcard. The Scratchcard gave me a 5$ Bonus for playing 50 hands in Snap- Cash games, but this Bonus never showed up in my account. I don't care about the Bonus, but I really would like the tickets and the other scratchcards, so could you Please check with support?

I managed to fix the problem. I'm using Windows 7 and so far i haven't had any problems until few days ago when i reported a problem here. Anyways for everyone who have the same problem that i had here's an easy fix:
1) right click on 888 poker shortcut
2) go to compatibility tab
3) Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista (service pack 2)
* no matter 888 poker software was initially made for Windows XP
I hope Cardschat members and everyone out there will find this helpful.

Dear 888 Representative,
I am pissed (read upset) at how the 888 cashier handled a withdrawal request of $350 US to be posted to my Canadian account by wire transfer. I had read the "888 Withdrawal Policy" and believed I had adhered to it. Please review my account, you have my full permission to do so and please review the chat transcript I had requested to be forwarded to management. The agent was courteous but not competent.
If a financial request is put through adhering to your withdrawal policy, 888 does not have the right to disregard my instructions and implement withdrawals that not only cost unwanted service fees but also enact an irreversible transaction. Look at Ecopayz, I cannot deposit only withdraw. Further, Ecopayz was my 888 depositor of choice AND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION this option was removed leaving only the withdrawal option. A prior chat agent, before this one, stated that I did not have a withdrawal option via Ecopayz (please review THAT chat if you wish) which showed me this agent was oblivious to how my account was structured.
I have been working my way up from tens of dollars to hundreds of dollars and am continuing, however, 888 disregarding my instructions and taking it upon themselves to decide where to allocate my funds WITHOUT MY CONSENT is not acceptable. Please reverse all transactions and enact my original request if possible. If 888 is unable to do so then please outline explicitly why. I would sincerely appreciate an indication as to where I contravened 888's Withdrawal Policy. In all cases, if 888 cannot follow through on my request then they should not do it all and state why so that I may change my request accordingly. In this case, I have paid uncessary service fees, I do not have the funds I needed in the account I specified AND I now have funds in an account (Ecopayz) which cannot be disbursed back into 888.
Assuming I had won a few larger games and had several thousand dollars that I wished to withdraw. Based on my account, what would 888 do?
