Full Tilt Update Thread

That sucks. Tried downloading it off Fulltilt.com?

What operating system you running? Other thing you are running your internet off a router with firewall in the router.

Remember losing fulltilt for days and days because my dad blocked it some how. With the router firewall.

Just a couple of thoughts

Still no joy for me, the only thing different that I get is now it downloads 50% each time I try before it shits itself.



well as you are aware of the time diff It works out that I am downloading at approx 6am US ET which I would hope isn't the really busy time.

Tried it many times.

This is the reason that it is important that the whole thread is read not just the title

Don't feel so bad Zorba.......I am very disappointed with Fulltilt now, they have not returned any of my emails that I have sent to them for the past 3 to 4 days . I send it everyday to them to { i bet there getting to hate mother of ziggy }.

Well I just played 30 min's of 2nl and didn't have a problem, I even managed to tripple my $2 buy in.
It looks exactly the same as it did before the update.
So far so good.

Glad to here yours is working fine ......Is the color of your log-in screen name a different color ( light green )?
I use Windows XP , shouldn't have nothing to do with that could it?

I am really surprised at all these problems, because from playing there [just to teat as i prefer Stars] there are no real standout changes

Any customised backgrounds you may have had, no longer work, the lobby players list no longer scrolls when trying to capture it using snagit and thats about it.

Just why there are so many problems is strange, as you would believe that they would have test run the software for hours before releasing it.

I can only guess someone is in a whole heap of trouble at FT

Easy done Al, just use the player transfer feature, and if you are low on funds there I suggest you first deposit.

I am waiting to see what NEW problems show up today. Another update today. lol... hope they fixed the problem of not being able to see my cards. This has happened at least twice during each game I have played since all the updates started....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I just got this update and its waaaay waaaaay better. Runs much more smoothly and efficently on my computer than before. Less lag, now has more of my action than stars as it has improved its software!

For what it's worth-the download worked fine for me. I played a couple of hundred hands so far and no problems except I'm still getting sucked out on.(you would think they would fix that problem!)

If you are having problems a couple of things you could try.

One-make sure everything on your computer is up to date-ie..graphic card drivers, flashplayer(latest one), etc

Two-uninstall the old version first. You should do a complete uninstall not just what comes with windows. I use Revo Uninstaller, it does a much better job of uninstall then the windows default.(it's free) Then go to Full Tilt and download the new version.

Three-If you have Vista make sure you do the install from a administrator account.

Yea-I know these are simple and most have try them but just for those who haven't. Good Luck.

-Default yellow spades, but black ones included in "Spades_black" folder. Just

delete the default "Spades" folder and rename "Spades_black" to "Spades" to use

the black ones.

I got the new update and it's great. Not sure why some are saying they hate the new cards. It's the exact sam unless you shrink your screen. The hand history is the best and to me this bumps them over all the other sites.

I've never had a problem with FT until the update, but now I do. It seems that if I have more than one game going on, and I open the hand history, the computer locks up for 10 or 15 seconds. Very annoying.

Also, when you're observing a game, and go into hand history, you can see that the player won and their cards, but not the person(s) that mucked when going to showdown. If you're playing in the game, you can see the cards mucked. Not sure if it was that way before the update.

"Stopping" datamining doesn't actually stop it. I'm not going to say why, but I'm sure some of you know the reason.
