Thank you for contacting
full tilt poker Support.
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing these difficulties playing on Full Tilt Poker.
If you are experiencing lag related issues , we have seen this can be reduced by turning off sounds.
To change your sound options, log into your Full Tilt Poker software and follow these steps:
1) Click "Options" and select "Sound."
2) Check the preferred option: "All," "Alerts Only" and "Off."
We also recommend that you ensure any programs utilizing bandwidth in the background are closed during play
on Full Tilt;
Programs such as:
- Streaming audio
- Streaming video
- VOIP enabled programs
- Simultaneous downloading of files/torrents
- Instant messengers.
We appreciate your feedback on the new software and we are currently collecting and analyzing all reports
and feedback from players.
We intend to release another small update in the next 2-3 days that will improve the functionality of the
Full Tilt Poker software.
