I received this email today from ACR and it seems like a scam, I'm wondering if anybody else have received a similar email.

Does not look like I will get #3.

I am sorry I ever heard about this site.

After a long time playing poker at Seals I made the mistake of assuming a more legit site like this one would allow withdrawals without serious stipulations. Now I see how stupid I was.

In the end it was my mistake, but that does not change the fact that I am essentially screwed out of a large sum of money. It's an expensive lesson for sure. But now that I know what I am dealing with I will stay the **** away. Hopefully I can resolve my issue somehow. But it does not look like it.

Is easy to call me an ass I guess, but you're not in my shoes.

My experience with ACR has cost me a lot and made me feel pretty stupid.

We really sorry you feel this way but as I stated before, this is a requirement that you will find at any site.

The fact that you have to rake a min amount does not make the site not legitimate, we will be more than glad to return your funds once the min requirement is completed.

Please note that not only WPN does it but bigger poker sites as well as stated in our PM.

No, to withdraw at all - although it might be based on the withdrawal amount if less than your deposit.

They don't want people depositing then withdrawing without enough play - either because of money laundering concerns or the costs of processing.

I don't believe withdrawals affect bonuses.

I understand the rules are in the TOS and it is my fault for not reading them carefully. I did not mean to malign your site. I do consider it to be legit. Seals with Clubs on the other hand was a completely unregulated wild west. That was why I was surprised.

The lobbies of most sites these days are garbage. Not sure why, but everyone but pokerstars uses that crappy microfont with small icons beside the tournaments that are supposed to indicate something about the tournament. Make the lobby expandible to full screen or close to it. Again, for some reason pokerstars figured this out and no-one else seems to get it.

The game play table seems boring as well. People want to see avatars and crisp graphics/animations on cards. I would work on making different themes - I realize there are a few, but just different colors/deck styles. I'm talking about different options to the entire table and the way they show the hole cards etc. Bet slider is clunky and akward. Some way to conveniently see loyalty points from your table screen would be nice as well..

Build it and they will come...

I've been trying to change my address on ACR, since moving back to America, from the UK. Unfortunately, the Country drop down selection is greyed out, and can't change it on my own. So, I emailed the necessary documents to support to have on changed through ACR email support. Now, I'm just getting replies to change it myself, thus creating an argument...

No, you do not need to make a deposit to withdraw funds from freerolls. In regards the cashout method, please note that skrill is not an option for US players. However, if you are not from US and you do have the option, note that the min cashout is $50.

I have been tossed out of ACR twice...last night and this afternoon. Is there a problem with the server. My internet is fine, but ACR just freezes on me....takes about 3 minutes just to log off and back on again. Sometimes I cannot reconnect. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I know it's been a long wait blobman, there are lots of development that needs to be done but we already launched the game in live poker. All players that assisted to the Punta Cana Poker Classic event were able to play Sit&Go 2.0. However, the online version should be ready by January. Difference is that Beat The Clock is a rebranding of bounty tourneys, Sit&Go 2.0 a total new concept of regular Sit&Go

You might have read the article already but here how the Sit&Go 2.0 will work:

Sit & Go 2.0 is designed to potentially pay out more players and more money. The game begins with each player receiving one card, face down. Each player flips over their card and with each green card revealed (decks are green and red), the prize pool increases. Not only does the prize pool increase, but the number of players getting paid out increases with it. As soon as a red card is flipped over, the prize pool is set and the game begins.

The online version of Sit & Go 2.0 also has a gold card component that could lead to a gigantic jackpot worth high 5-figures.
