Yeah I went ahead and deposited ~ 1.5BTC so i could do the bonus. But I did get rakeback so I am not sure if the bonus is even going. And you know me... I'll play teeny stakes so having over a grand on there is just silly.

Then got myself nervous as the bitcoin withdrawal option does not exist. But they are swearing to me it will be turned on for me tomorrow.

Yes, you earn bonus cleared at $1/27.5 points($5 rake) along with RB.

Bonus earned is deducted from rake for calculating RB so you earn less RB during a bonus but more when you add the two together.

It would take a lot of play to clear that bonus, but if you did then probably playing enough to earn Beast prizes too.

There will be a play through requirement before withdrawing. Last I heard it was 10% of your deposit in rake.

No, to withdraw at all - although it might be based on the withdrawal amount if less than your deposit.

They don't want people depositing then withdrawing without enough play - either because of money laundering concerns or the costs of processing.

I don't believe withdrawals affect bonuses.

if you haven't achieved play through but want to or have to withdraw for some reason, the forum rep might be able to help. i've seen them make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Hard to believe a "legit" poker room will hold my money hostage. I would like to see in the TOS where I agreed to this.

This goes one or two of three ways.

1. They pay me the withdrawal I have recently requested.
2. I take a legal route.
3. I make it my purpose in life to make sure the bitcoin community knows this room is in business to **** it's customers.

By changing the original structure of a tournament then lengthening the late registration, a participation trophy scenario is now created. Not only has more variance been added, more push scenarios will happen, and less skill is created. Now there is no variety of games and the tournament schedule looks exactly the same. Why would the site not want to promote more skill less B.S. in your games? If you do respond to this, for your responses sake it better have intelligence in thought or I will rip your thought process apart if it is a weak response ACR rep.

2) Every single poker site does this. Ask pokerstars, ask whomever you like.
3) If you're nice, they'll probably give you an exception, so don't be an ass about it.

I too am wondering whats up with ACR? I was in the normal $10 on demand free roll and the "jackpot" freeroll and doing well in both, and they just stopped and said games have been ended, you will be refunded for any entry's.....but these were freerolls, of coarse doing well in and I get no entry fee back.


More concerning, other games seem to be going but still no freerolls over 6 hours later. Whats going on ACR? Finally doing something about the russian bots? (Joking, like that would happen, lol)

Not only are the on demand freerolls still down, and the jackpot freeroll bummer of being in top 10% of field, but most importantly to me, I was going for a top 10 in points for leaderboard in the on demand freerolls for the free tourney entry. I got a 3rd place for 8 points on saturday (first day of week) and had a very real shot at the 30-40 points needs for a top 10 for the week.




Please fix the on demand freerolls ACR!

I am sorry I ever heard about this site.

After a long time playing poker at Seals I made the mistake of assuming a more legit site like this one would allow withdrawals without serious stipulations. Now I see how stupid I was.

In the end it was my mistake, but that does not change the fact that I am essentially screwed out of a large sum of money. It's an expensive lesson for sure. But now that I know what I am dealing with I will stay the **** away. Hopefully I can resolve my issue somehow. But it does not look like it.

Is easy to call me an ass I guess, but you're not in my shoes.

My experience with ACR has cost me a lot and made me feel pretty stupid.
