What is being done about the massive amount of bots? Does WPN not care because they're making rake? Just curious.

We have implemented new features in our security system that flags abnormal activity. However, players are free to send any kind of suspicious pattern to review.

I'm new to ACR; never before deposited.

If I have a friend transfer money to my ACR account, does the transfer void the match bonus I would receive if I were to make an initial deposit at a later date?

If you want to receive the welcome package in your first received transfer which includes 100% bonus matching the first transfer+20 days of free jackpot poker (note that it applies if you have never made a deposit before) you will need to contact our CS team at 1-877-314-4195 for them to manually credit the bonus. In the other hand if you do not contact them the bonus will not get credited and you may apply to it until you make your first real money deposit.

That depends on the wallet you choose and the different options they have, there are some of them that allows you get withdrawals to CCs. However, I recommend you to check their T&C before proceeding

Is there a way to find the chat log on ACR. I can find the game log that displays HH and everything, but no log of the chat.

I live in the US and do NOT have an active passport. If I were to win the Punta Cana deal would I need one to get there?

Yes Punta Cana is in a different country, and currently you need a passport (with some very limited exceptions for land borders) to travel to and from the US to other countries. You probably would not be admitted to the Dominican Republic without a passport, and you for sure would have a hard time getting back into the US.

If you were to win a satellite, you might be able to get an expedited or emergency passport if you showed the passport office a proof of imminent travel.

Asked for exchange the reward program from VIP to Rackback
from both Email and live chat

was told would get feed back 24 hours no more than 48 hours.

so A week passed, no reply. Just want to ask if can get any help from this threads? many thanks.

PS: don't mind if there is a reply say "No" since ACR is not the only poker room with rakeback reward. I could choose the room I feel better serviced. and it feels convenient if get reply as soon as possible when issue happened.

I think if you book any international flight, you need to show your Passport first.
or small national ID - similar function as passport.
so the question is if there is no passport, there is no way to book an air ticket or international cruise.

In regards the Jackpot question, you can check the frequency here

I see the Jackpot frequencies, but i was asking about player frequency for each game.

In all the tournaments, you can see how many registered for the game, but the Jackpots seem to be a black hole where you don't know how many players are in the pool at any given time. It would be nice to have the same transparency as in every other tournament on the site.
