If this is truly ACR staff related your network sucks, that you cancel freerolls since you can not handle the traffic. Phil is an unintegral person who cares more about his network than anything, and they blatantly disrespect the person with no money. They dont offer any compensation for their horrible reasons for having lag issues. They cancel and suspend tournaments. It is abslute garbage

It got a little confusing for a second, until I figured out he began chatting with people like he mentioned at the beginning. I think he was reading real time chat at some point and responding to it.

Somehow I already knew this was going to happen with this tour, if you did read the news the days before.

I just wonder why they didn't postphone the whole tourney and refund players that couldn't play that new day.

Lol are you kidding me? 5 hours in a big tournament and cancel it? You can't do that. Cancel it before it starts or in the first hour. This is a shame... I'm sorry for the chipleader(s)..

There is no longer an acr rep willing to listen.. I am trying to get the password for thenew depositor freeroll so I can share it with everyone... I have talked to many customer service reps that say an account can only play in it 4 times. I have distinct proof that 4 players have played in way more than 10.. WInning network does not do anything about it. I am going to talk to support to try to get everyone a chance to make some extra bucks.. 4 players sure that I have witnessed... ticketmann4u, jcdivine, steviewayne69, elfenlied all you need is someone to get the password.... I will do what i can for this forum.. you will not get in trouble.

ACR had 5 $250 freeroll Sunday Night! Liked that very much. Usually they play much earlier in the evening and I'm still making the kids dinner and all. Thanks for putting the games at a time where I could actually play them!

My guess is it's a cheap way for them to test their servers. They run 5 $250 freerolls, in hopes to mimic traffic of peak times to test the sever capabilities. I agree, I'd rather see them dumping money into assuring the issues are fixed, maybe this is part of the plan..

Hey, i just signed up at ACR recently and have some issues, do i need to update my internet explorer or something? Even some functions in the client are quite sloppy or bugging cos of the link with IE.

Question for you guys: so the new year has started and RPs have reset. Will the achievement medals reset as well? Or are each medals that are unlocked the previous year unlocked for life? Kind of sucks that now I have to earn thousands of RP (because of the reset) just to unlock my next small bonus medal.

Server client disconnects are quite disruptive. Happening multiple times over just short periods of time. I have assured myself my internet is working during these, it is definitely just the ACR client disconnecting from the ACR server, and the table is not sensing the reconnect right away. The lobby reconnects alright, but the table won't register.

(And of course this seems to happen during important hands - sarcasm)

ACR gave me $5 for free, but I still can't play on their site it says I need to deposit

BCP gave me $5 too. Only reason I can play BCP with no deposit though is because I won money from the BCP freeroll so I guess it thinks I deposited? *shrugs*

Maybe I need to at least min cash an ACR freeroll to play on ACR's real money games.
