Had the same problem this morning, and decided to go rake leaves instead.

Yeah, dealio, I ran into issues like that. I was able to eventually disconnect/reconnect and get things working, but everyone was sat out at my tables or logged out at the PLO table, so I still couldn't play.

Sorry for the late reply. We had an issue on Monday with our ISP that took us off the grid until we were able to redirect all traffic to a different ISP. All running tournaments were refunded as per our Tournament Rules. Please let us apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback about thExit Window. I am forwarding the info to Marketing so that they can review if there is a better way to deliver this information.

I appreciate the response. I don't really mind the popup on client launch, and I like the emails. That popup when you close out is a little annoying though. Also, a fold and show option would be awesome in a future update. Thanks again!

Showing mucked hands at showdown or at least have them in the hand history, is one of the request I have passed along to the developers. As soon as I have an ETA for this one I will let you guys know.

if at showdown and i am last to act and i dont have the winning hand i dont feel it is necessary to show my hand after all that is the way poker is played at least live anyway why should i have to show in an online game. i dont like volunteering information to other players if i dont need to.

oops one more thought about this. if a person that can muck has to show in hand history then you should show all persons hole cards to be fair. come on ppl lets keep this game close to true poker as we can after all we have to play around huds and such which is far away from fair play as you can get. im sure that there are ppl that dont agree with me but its just a point that i feel needs to be brought up.

I think you have a very wrong notion at what true Poker is. In the case where a showdown does occur, yes, I'm with you, but everyone showing the hole cards they mucked pre? Or the player who mucks at a river bet? No.

This problem at WPN is only showdown related.

Perhaps I am still not understanding what you are getting at. The one thing that sets WPN off from what most of us consider an industry standard is that we never get to see why someone won a hand, whether or not we were involved in that hand. Only time everyone gets to see the cards at showdown is if there is only one player who has chips, and the rest are all-in.

If no all-in, but a river bet is called, it drives me nuts that I don't get to see what someone called me with. Even if I am not involved, but an observing the hand, either as a player or an observer, I should get to see the result, and why one player won. I can do that at every site except the WPN sites. I can do that at live poker with the rare exception when a bluff gets called and a player mucks his cards fast. While it may have been WPN's notion in the beginning to minimize all Tracker effects, the net result is that for the most part even player notes are diminished close to the point of being useless.

Your comment about 'showing all' is the confusing statement.

The winning network has been funky ever since yesterday. They had an abundance of traffic and it crashed. They are all drunk south Americans... support sucks.... If I do not qualify for this millions I might leave this acr and bcp site.. Not worth the headaches and horrible service.

Played in a couple of tournaments last night or I should say tried to play. They ended up cancelling one as there was something wrong. It had just started and 45 minutes later it still wasn't right so they had to refund and cancel.

ACR doing a good job with players while having massive issues....

I understand ACR has had some issues in the last 24 hours and I wanted to report that any issues I had were reported and resolved immediately by the management/support team - my buy-ins were replaced in minutes after I sent a help request via email. Good job on turning some bad luck with technology into a loyalty building opportunity. That is the good news, the bad news is, it seems the site is totally down now as I am not able to pull up the lobby at all. I would ask my fellow ACR opponents to be patient while they get things figured out and know that it's times like this that brings improvements to the user experience, site performance and security... 100% agreed

Agree on the chat is too small. I would LOVE a pot summary of every hand in the chat box without all the dealer chatter.

If I can't play, and the tableless client says "Connected! Checking protocol version...", does that mean ACR is under maintenance?

must be as I get the same thing. This smells of an unplanned emergency outage or take-down.

Since there is no redirect or server message I would assume it will either be back up shortly, or its a bigger rats nest and they have not been able to safely get a message/announcement out to the homepage.

They had intermittent connectivity issues yesterday, and just as we thought it was all clear, it went down 100% - hopefully they are just patching things up and all will resume shortly.

The second time I tried opening content it did an update, and it's still down with the "Connected! Checking protocol version..." message at the top.

Edit: :-(

I just tried again, and the top of the client message changed to "Disconnected from server. Reconnecting...".

I do wish there was a maintenance schedule or announcement somewhere I was aware of so I could tell if the problem was on my end before verifying it by reading about posters having the same experience.
