DEPOSITS

Anyone have an idea when Bitcoin Cash will be available again for deposit? I know theyve been going through some things with the possibility of a fork.

Or any other crypto that i can convert my bitcoin to on coinbase that will let me send it immediately? Bitcoin cannot be sent for 14 days after purchase... Thanks!

Bot's on WPN

I just watched 2 bot's play on WPN Network at low to mid stakes for the past 30 days , cash and MTT's. The bot's play excellent poker !

Bot's have become so cheap the past year few year $100 to $250 per year and no matter what Online Poker room says it is almost impossible to detected them. They will tell you otherwise however that's BS!

So ACR rep what is your response ?

Yes, I already noticed that! has badly configured bots .. But make no mistake they will improve.
Have you noticed that it also has different style bots?
There are the calling stations that never raise preflop, There are the NITs ... and so on

You can't praise

I even went to praise the withdrawal policy in the fedback topic ...
As I was going to stop for a few days and I also felt that I was tipped, I decided to cash out at ecopayz Thursday at dawn, as I always drew, the last time I entered the ecopayz account it would be Monday ... as usual.
Monday arrived and there was no drop in payment, so I sent an email to support and today I was answered: Your withdrawal was automatically canceled by the system, make a new request. So I opened the lobby and none of the money in the ACR cashier either. This is very irritating, it seems like a joke ... What if I was in need of the money? I figured out precisely why I won't have time to play now and when I had time I would deposit with a boost. I hope they resolve quickly.
In terms of withdrawals it takes a maximum of 48 hours via ecopayz I have already withdrawn for more than 2 business days, and I have no money in the ecopayz account and ACR as well. This is a joke? why isn't it funny.

Adding chips in the middle of a ring game

ACR Rep, what gives? I've never played anywhere - online or off - that wouldn't let me buy in at a table then try to add chips to my stack that brought my chip stack OVER my starting stack. This is not the rules of poker. As long as I have chips to bring to the table, I should be able to pad my stack. This has been happening forever, I just never brought it up. For instance, I got this message at a $25NL table. I bought in for $12 and wanted to top up to $25. No can do. I got this message:

o2fzX0c.jpg

So apparently if I buy in for a certain amount, no matter how long I'm at that table, I can never add chips that would make my stack go above my starting buyin. It seems you have rebuy tournaments mixed up with ring games here - where you can't rebuy if you have the same or more than your starting tournament chipstack. Please forward this to the IT team so they can review it.

EDIT: Can you also please tell me why the chat box never shows the action of *at least* the current hand - betting action, etc. anymore since a couple/few updates ago? The hand history cannot show us what's happening real-time in case we miss the action due to playing multiple tables or whatever. It only shows who wins the pot and the occasional chat messages; and even then, it refreshes quite often and clears it out.

I just used a HUD in the last one month, where i can easily follow the hands, actions, especially the flop, turn, river caards... now it just confirms me few things about RNG, software, 'variance', and why i get preflop called, with 53o, 52o, and plenty similartotall out of range cards, even in the 'not for fun' category tourneys, all the time...

The rebuy thing: either description or the setup are wrong in plenty tourneys, when they send the message you can rebuy if your chips are equal or less than starting chips, - how in most of the other rooms -, meantime you can rebuy only if your chips are 0. There are plenty small things like this there, what makes no sense, looks faulty etc.Check the homepage, basic informations are out of date or not correct since long time...

The reason is not so important for us, you accept these or leave, as it is like this for long time. The deposit, withdrawal: only BTC works for me properly.... debit card, ETH example not, delay, plenty problem, double, triple confirmation request from them etc. even blocked debit card ecause of 'this is a business card' what they cant explain whaat the hell means... even it is just an average personal debit card.... so there are plenty small annoying thing, one of the main reason they can't grow, like the 'chat with us' email support.. :::)))))) 'chat' how you communicate in letters 100 years ago... :::))))) and they think it seriously.....

The room is back now, but one tournament is suspended by the host, in the other it continued normally and I came back with just 7bbs ($1.65 - 1.5k gtd)

Pretty sure this is wrong. First it is not between 6 AM to 7 AM ET, and another thing is there is nothing about maintenance in the lost connection to the server box.

I was talking about buying into ring games for a set amount and never being able to pad your stack over that beginning amount....I just referred to it that they have it possibly configured such as rebuy tournaments, that's the only reason I referenced that...

Hi ACR rep, can you elaborate on this new rule, please?

"5.5 Stalling: Deliberating delaying the action in a game to gain an advantage over your opponents on different tables from the same tournament"

So does that mean, in MTT we can't use all our timer per hand? Because this is part of poker, when near ICM, all short stacks going to stall, stall hard to try to get into the money. Sometimes people give up on their hand and try to min cash, that is just a strategy to get into the money.

[FONT=helvetica neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]So I am not sure where does this new rule stands. Or what is consider fair use of the timer as this is still ambiguous.

Also would we be given fair warning if we are considered at fault? I would hate to have all my funds confiscated.

This is insane. How in the world can they prove this? What if a player simply has a poor internet connection and the action buttons don't pop up till 15 seconds after action is on them?

Indeed it is. It's even slower when you're trying to load a tournament lobby if there are lots of players registered, as it's loading the nicknames as well as chipcounts to display for 1000+ players at times when they could simply load the lobby itself and have the user click on a link in order to view this information if they want to see it.

Hello! Hi, there are many other ways to systematically stalling during a tournament in order to gain an unfair advantage. The scenario you mentioned its indeed very common and wont be considered an un-ethical behavior. As well, our system already places a "Hand to hand" dealing during key tournament stages to prevent stalling abuse.

How does stalling constantly gain an unfair advantage, exactly? Maybe I'm dense but I don't understand this at all....it does not change the outcome of the hand in any way......please elaborate :)

Sorry, I just noticed this.....ACR has always had hand-for hand play prior to the final table as well as prior to the bubble bursting. This still does not prevent players that don't understand what hand for hand play is; so they continue to stall. I think you're fighting a losing battle when it comes to stalling. It happens everywhere.

The real issue is the last minute crashers that stall, disconnect, etc...to grime into the money. Same players constantly do it all the time. Hard to believe anyone is that desperate for $15, but always there. I've turned them in dozens of times and nothing has been done.

Winding down your time clock is not stalling, irritating, but not stalling. You have players that join last minute and then collude to delay the entire table. It steals EV from evey other player in the game. 8 or 9 players timing down the entire hand is almost as bad now as it was 2 or 3 years ago.
