There is a very standard procedure for divvying the prizepool if a tournament is cancelled after close of registration but before the tournament is ITM. I'm pretty sure the procedure is divvying the prizepool according to a chipchop. So 74 cents is a very fair deal to you because chipchop favors chipleaders when compared to an ICM model (which is a more accurate representation of your chances to win the tournament). So the 74 cents you got without having to do any further work is better in the long run than you could've expected to cash for if the tournament played out. Also, keep in mind the top prize for that freeroll is only $2.50, and only the top 10 get paid. A big chunk of the time, even a big chipleader with 56 players left isn't going to cash. So the 74 cents is very fair and probably the best thing that could've happened to you in that specific scenario.

My statement is not to excuse ACR, because no tournament should ever be cancelled or suspended due to technical problems, but in your specific instance, it worked out for you well.

That was an excellent post! I approve this message lol :top:

Good day,

Combat Points are based on the Dealt Rake Calculation
Award Points are based on the Weighted Contributed Rake Calculation

Also note that you get 1.5 CPs per RP since you have a higher military rank.

To check more information on how each works you can go to this link

When the points pop up on table, those are combat points correct? Also, does the ranking multiplier show up on table or is it multiplied later? It seems like points that pop up during game play may not take military rank into account. Thanks!

Award Points are for bonuses only.

I agree on this point: no further complaints from me. I felt it was only fair to let everyone know the resolution, since I made such a big stink about it. :D

Good day,

The points that pop up at the tables are for the rake races in this case for the Beast.

ACR Rep, I am having issues with your client. I log in just fine, can access the cashier just fine, can access cash game tables and play just fine. However the $3 +.30 cent 1500 GTD that starts at 2pm ET and still has 6 levels remaining of late reg I cannot register into. It does not matter if I highlight the game in lobby and click the register button directly in the tourney lobby, or if I double click the tourney and go to its lobby and try and register there. It just does absolutely nothing when I hit register.

I talked to your support who said that the games seem to be running fine, so to test his logic I registered for a little $1 150 GTD and it let me in that one just fine. Still cannot get into the one I want to play though. Also I cannot access the jackpot sng's either, which is mainly what I play on your site.

I asked the tech over your livesupport chat if he could manually enter me and take the funds from my account and he said he could not but restarting my software should help. Well restarting it didnt, uninstalling and reinstalling didnt, and quite frankly I'm at a loss. The $1500 gtd is my go to tourney every day during the week, can we get this resolved please???

Update:

I sent you a PM ACR Rep, and appreciate your prompt response. With the plethora of technical issues you guys have on a regular basis, customer service is so important...and I have ALWAYS had my issues with your site resolved in a timely manner.

That being said, I was able to access the spin to get in function in the tourney lobby for the 1500 gtd and I spun 3 times for .25 and WALA! lol got right in. Still an issue that needs to be looked into, especially because I still cant access the jackpot sngs.

look forward to your response.

Now The 3.30 1500 gtd is paused til god knows when, and I cant register for the 10,000 gtd. Seriously? The one night where I have time to grind these tourneys and I can't register in any. Any updates Rep?

Mac client bugs:
The client thinks I'm registered for some tournament even though I'm not. It also tells me that I'm registered to SNGs when closing the client even though I'm not. Lastly, it takes a long time to register for tournaments, and sometimes the window confirming registration never comes up.

We really apologized for yesterday problems.

The affected tournaments were suspended and refunded as per the tournament T&C.

Everything is working properly now.

"This is a recording." Or to borrow an old expression, it sounds more like a "broken record."

I would like to note that some of the Mac client bugs appear to have been at least partially fixed. Thumbs up ACR. Keep it up!

Wondering if ACR is looking into adding a Progressive Knock out feature in the near future? These tournaments are extremely fun and add a completely different spin on the games. Thanks for your time.

heys guys,
anyone played the last ''$500 loyalty freeroll''?did you get your money cause i didnt get paid yet.i mailed the acr support and they told me that the affiliate should pays us on monday but monday just passed.anyone knows anything?thanks

This is something you should take up with your affiliate (if you even are actually signed up via them). Or maybe you're one of those freerollers who got the pw for an affiliate Freeroll with hopes of getting paid (despite getting told the contrary). If not, gl & hope you're paid soon (which I'm sure YOUR AFFILIATE will help you with).

ACR rep., thanks for having patience with new players who post about online poker being rigged, etc. It must be a very trying experience (goes with the territory though I suppose).

My question:

How do I check my HandHistories out? Can I have them sent to my computer? Or emailed, or what? (I haven't seen the feature to check off on there anywhere... yet).

AND, can you guys PLEASE get rid of that f'n internet explorer getting opened up when you log off the site. It is really annoying for me while playing on other sites at same time as it temp. freezes things up for me, causing me to miss hands on other tables. (or at least have an option so we can disable it)

tks.

Suggestion: heads up shootout tournaments, and shootout tournaments in general. Also additional GI60M 6max tournaments, preferably at better times so they run (the last few I've tried to play never started).

Hey beger80,

Thank you very much for your time.

I have sent your suggestion to the department in charge for consideration.

Great idea!

Good day,

Thank you for the question.

You can check the hand histories under "Game Info" > "View hand history". You will then be able to see all finished Cash tables under Games and all finished tournaments. Please note that you can also "save" the document by going under options.

If you want to check on a hand history that you are not able to find, we will more than able to send the information to your email. Please send us an email to Support@AmericasCardRoom.eu with the tournament ID or the name of the tournament.

About the exit windows, I have sent your request to the programmers to consideration.

Thank you again!

Good day johnxaitafe,

I am sorry for the inconveniences. Would you please send me a PM with your username in order to check with RakeTheRake, we need to get the list from them first in order to credit their customers.

Also note that we are still partnerships.

Thank you!

This isn't a MAC only problem. It's happening on windows as well.

I think your incorrect. The MAC Client is F'd up. You cant see anything but cash games and if touch anything in the "Filters" you might as well uninstall it because your not going to see anything after that.
