Simplification of the bet sizing buttons would be a big improvement in form and function compared to the mid 2000s style buttons the designers came up with. Unfortunately our online poker options are limited in the USA so it would be nice if ACR made the experience more user friendly for us.

This is how pokerstars the industry leader and innovator does it. Looks good and player friendly. Also, PokerStars gives you the option to adjust the slider to SB or BB increments. And you can use the wheel to size your bets.

Seems to already be working. At table previous hand link brings up hand replayer that plays the hand out perfectly as many times as you want. In lobby "Game Info"/"View Hand History" Then select tournament and hand number and click "Replay Hand" button and it brings up same hand replayer and you can replay hand as many times as you want.

I'm assuming "temporarily" means anywhere from 2-3 months or more? (I wish I could give you an exact time frame, however I don't have it at the moment.)

Also, I was told I am in the "queue" for a tourney refund that I played FOUR days ago. No refund yet. (May I have your screen name by PM so I can check it.)

Also, no visual hand history? Is that the plan. Do they realize how important it is to be able to instantly see how bad your opponent is and record it in the notes (you know, the notes that we worked so hard on for years) (We are currently working on this.)

Game filters still don't work. (We are working on this too.)

Why no Omaha8 ring games? (Our tournaments department is working hard on including all the games we previously had on the old version)

And finally, is there a statement or a list of the things that this software update is supposed to improve? (Our Web team is working on this one)

PS. On the day the sportsbook was closed (without bothering to inform us) I had made a parlay bet that was a winner. The games ended after the shutdown. That money was never transferred to my poker account. Is it in limbo in outer space now or will it magically reappear at some point? Well, appear in my pocket, not Nagys. (For this one, please contact directly with the CS department so they can help you out)

Oh wait, 15 hours ago, so tomorrow is actually today. Thank you Phil for knowingly telling us something you know won't happen. Gotta string us along, keep that revenue stream coming. After all, it's all about your wallet, oops, I mean the player's satisfaction.

HAHAHA , calling it a small win! You mean like when you lose 56-3 in football and it's a moral victory because you didn't get shut out?

Please, spare us the message, we don't believe anything you say. Even the ACR rep says he/she doesn't know when the full schedule will be up. Get some, integrity, Phil. Maybe you could borrow some form your ACR rep.

When I'm playing 4 or 5 mtts I want to be able to have one click access to visual hand hist like before.

I think clicking on previous hand at table is 1 click. Just like before.

I agree completely. This is a must today. Even Betonline offers customizable bet sizing buttons for preflop and postflop, and ironically even more possible presets than Stars. ACR needs to incorporate this into the client and stop making us rely on 3rd party software to do this. From Betonline windows client settings:

ACR needs to incorporate this into the client and stop making us rely on 3rd party software to do this. From Betonline windows client settings:

It won't happen, they took a nice site and turned it into a fiasco. It may take weeks or more to make it somewhat playable. I didn't know they were using 3rd party software which is obviously very outdated.

PS: It isn't the ACR Rep's fault, he's doing an admirable job considering the circumstances.

Agreed. By 3rd party software I meant that many people use Table Tamer to customize bet sizing on ACR since they don't offer that feature themselves. I'm just not willing to pay a monthly subscription for software to perform a function that should be included in the client.

Got it. The table interface and graphics have a very amateurish, outdated, look and feel. If I lived in a country or state with PokerStars or Party there is no way ACR would retain my loyalty.

Is anyone actually able to play on ACR right now? It seems like some are saying cash games are working but I cant get pass the login screen...the Venom pop up comes up after successfully logging in but nothing is clickable and no tables show in the backround…only thing that works is hitting the X at the top right to log out.


ACR rep, I know you are busy but can I get some clarification on this? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

Before WPN began this update/upgrade, the number pad worked as intended to fill specific bet amount, you could also use the ➡ arrow key to increase your bet to the next raised amount (i.e. 100 to 200, 250 to 500, etc). and the ⬅ arrow key to decrease your bet.

Learn to be smarter than your gaming rig and keyboard.

I also cannot login, only if You uninstall -> reinstall you can login once then try to login again it will show the loading icon without loading anything including Cash games/MTT

my client is up and running as well. Had to un-install and re-install last night and it works fine today so that might be the trick..don't quote me on it though.

All I see is the On-Demand tournaments in the Sit n Go lobby... Not sure how that equals Sit N Go's back up and running, lol.
