As I feared, there is no notification at all when a BTC cashout goes out and I was subject to downward fluctuation. It was minimal, but on a bad day I could have lost my rear end. I don't like the BTC withdrawal as much now, but it's still pretty quick, it only took 24 hours, and 6 hours the first time. It's not ideal to pay out in a highly volatile currency and not notify the recipient when it happens. Thankfully, I only lost a few dollars this time. At least now I know it's my responsibility to check my account every 15 minutes for a 48 hour period to see what, if anything has happened. It's a pretty good option, but I fail to understand the lack of notification considering the volatility of the medium. Maybe you guys could send a text or give a phone call. Even an email would be an improvement. Thanks, and I am still glad the bitcoin option is available, it's pretty awesome overall. I'm sure my tune would be different if BTC crashed while mine were sitting in la la land unbeknownst to me.

Thanks for the information! If I ever withdrawal from ACR it will be why bitcoin. I don't want the hassle of trying to cash a check and the other method seem to have a lot of fees.

You said you have cashed out twice now? Did the withdrawals happen at approximately the same time of day, or did it seem random? If they process all the withdrawals one a day it would be easier to know when to check your account.

I second the need for some sort of notification from ACR when they have completed the process.

Good day,

I have sent your request to the withdraw managers in order for them to take it into consideration sending a confirmation email when it's processed. Please note that the BitCoin withdraw was delivered yesterday onto your BitCoin account.

Please note that in the mean time you can also contact customer support to check on the cashout status.

Regards

Are the make up tournaments that are supposed to happen tomorrow actually going to happen? I see they were never added to the lobby.

Good day,

The reschedule Freebuy Super Series tournaments are on the lobby.

Please let me know if those are the ones you are referring to or there's any other that you are not able to see in the lobby.

Regard

Do you have an estimate for when ACR will be available for Mac? It's said on the website for over a year now that support for Mac would be coming soon. I'd really love to be able to play on my laptop.

It happens pretty quick but is pretty random. I know they can only be initiated during certain hours. Not sure when it starts bit cutoff is 11pm. I would assume they aren't processed after this time but I havent got an answer to that question.

Good day,

We are finishing up with some updates on the software. We actually commented on Facebook that we were about to launch the system. We are working on having it ready as soon as possible!

What happens if I unregister from a tournament that I won a ticket for? Do I keep the ticket or forfeit it? Do I get the money?

Thanks in advance!

Good day,

The system will not allow you to unregister from that tournament since the entry was automatically granted by the tournament you won the entry from.

In the event of winning two entries to the same tournament the system will grant the 2nd entry in cash.

Good to hear. I hope it's a good software.

I second the request for Zoom/Rush poker, even in tournament formats.

I saw on your website that you offer all in or fold tournaments, but I haven't seen any in the lobby. Are those still around?

Good day,

We do not have those tournaments as scheduled however, we sometimes post them just to offer a different type of tourneys. Please note that I sent the request to the tournaments department for them to take in consideration having those types of tournaments on the lobby.

May I put some my suggestion here?

I would play ACR sometimes and longer in the future, if ACR could make the interface more user-friendly.

I am struggling with the Fonts, when playing 6 or more tables @ACR
the windows is small the and the amount /players name is shrinking to "microscopic" size. If ACR could make bigger fonts for small windows is very good for multi-tabling players.

the second thing is the hot key and pre-set betting size.
I don't like that F1, F2 setting or make me feel unconformtable, as F1 F2 on my PC setting is play Foobar and rename some files. and the preflop X2, X3 X4 is horroble, if could let player to make it customized will be more user friendly.

thank you for considering my suggestion.

I second the suggestion to be able to customize the bet sizes. I would find that really useful.

The satellite tournament lobbies are lacking. There should be a direct link to the tournament lobby(individual game) that the satellite feeds into. The long digit numbers showing what tournament the tickets are for aren't useful. That tournament number isn't even shown in the big tournament lobby(all games). I have read in chat multiple times other players asking what you get if you win the tournament they are playing in. Put a link to the tournament you are trying to gain entry to in the lobby(individual game).

I've been playing many real money games, I was under the impression I'd earn player points for rake paid or something.

I haven't received any thus far. I did get some a while back somehow, but none at all lately?

Any idea how it all works?

Thanks.

Good day,

You actually get points out of the rake you generate but remember that when playing tournaments the points will appear until the next 24 hours.

If you happen to have any problem with the points you can send me a PM with your username and I will be more than glad to check on that matter for you!
