Is anyone else frozen in the rescheduled 4k guarantee freebuy? I swear to god I'm never going to deposit on ACR or BCP again, seriously its not about the money, it doesn't cost me anything to play in these but what about my time? What about our time? I've been deep in a couple of these and 2-3 hours in and had them canceled...what are you going to give me for my time? Does anyone else give a damn? I seem to be the only one complaining, am I just a whiner or are other people annoyed? JUST CANCEL THEM ALL! ADMIT THAT YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY AND/OR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO TAKE ON THE EXTRA SITE TRAFFIC!!! Don't waste our goddamned time over and over again.

I am out of work and was gonna use these to try to build a roll or something, but I complain,, this site is unprofessional and unethical for advertising something they can not run... It is only because they do cashout will players continue to play here... Until america gets some better poker options we are stuck with this... and play by their rules.. they do not care about our time because they give us nothing for time. they only care about the players that have money... I am right here with you saying when will they take responsibility and actually do something about it....

Yeah well I'm embarrassed to say how much I have deposited on ACR and BCP in the last couple years, its more than most people make in a year. Now I have cashed out a decent amount as well, but I'm still down at least $10k. So believe me when I say this will affect them more than just losing some freeroll chasers that would have probably never deposited to begin with. Idk if I'm done with online poker, but I am done with the WPN. They cant even handle running a simple promotion, and I'm supposed to be excited for their 1M guarantees. It's laughable and I'm done with this mickey mouse network.

I agree totally. I can say i will not be making anymore deposits onto this site. And i have also made a good amounts of deposits on WPN. Sad to see them promote this and cant even get it going. Btw i was a super high chip stack and position in the 4k one that just now got cancelled.

I have deposited alot as well.... not down as much but still down... I start working this monday coming up and I truly think once I get some money back in my pocket just grind at the casino, and play tournaments there, since there will not be any freezes with the IT department... It just sucks until then to try to grind out free shit.. I hate it

Yep im nearly out, went from 18k to 3k. Dude with 15k randomly sits back in and i have JJ and he calls and i raise huge and i flop set and he shoves and i call and he hits runner runner for flush and than sits out right after that again. Oh well. Done with this site.

Last time I don't remember if I was notified or just kept checking. I do know the process was so efficient the first time there was nearly 0 fluctuation.

Its obviously a known issue by now that the wpn software or backend hardware, whatever might be the bottleneck of this issue, has been ongoing for a while. Yes it is certainly unfortunate, but it doesn't give anyone the right to be disrespectful to the reps.

S3mper has already point this out so no point in me repeating it.

Look at it this way I think it's great that at least we have a rep from the site here communicating with us, there is only so much a rep can do and only so much an IT department can do if it comes down to being a software or hardware bottleneck causing the problems. It's not like they can rewrite the software overnight, or implement a new backend infrastructure at the drop of a hat.

Besides in regards to $$, if I recall did you not bink a cc freeroll a while back and then blow it in a single game? I mean would it be any different if you cash for like 20$ or so in one of the freebuys. We all know a min wage job at burger king or mcdonalds is going to provide a better hourly than grinding freerolls and nano's/micros etc so if the potential for making money from the freebuys is that important IRL I'm sure the time could be better spent.

Anyhow, as frustrating as the issues can be hopefully things will get situated and I think its great on their part that they have at least started doing a reschedule on the freebuy's this time around which can only go to show they are trying to provide a great promo for their players and sometimes freerollers as well as grinders just have to roll with the punches. None of this is inexcusable but there is no point doing what you are doing each time they are having an issue atm.

Do bitcoin cashouts go outbound after 11pm? I see that's the cut off to request them. I'm hoping it would go through at a time I could be aware of to avoid that fluctuation. It was very quick last time, but I know the time can be longer up to 24-48 hours in case of a delay. Can I get an email or a call? Maybe another PM or something. Sorry if there are procedures I'm not aware of such as processing times and notification protocols. I'm scared it will stay bitcoin too long, and it will go down in price, eating into my cash. I know I am very annoying, but this is only my second bitcoin withdraw request and I am so paranoid about BTC fluctuation!
