Here's what my window looks like on Windows 7, when I click the SNG 2.0's tab in ACR. Notice that the elements inside the window do not fit properly. This is not because of my desktop resolution, I am running 1920x1080, and my screen is significantly larger than the window ACR uses. you'll notice that this makes it impossible to register for the game. Also, there are many other screens that do not scale properly to fit inside the ACR window, like the Jackpots screen, and everything in the account details.

I created a ticket for the Tech department, they are currently checking this. It seems to be an issue with Windows 7.

I get that exact same screen when going to SnG 2.0.

Win 7.

Thank you very much for the report. If you see other abnormal behavior regarding the application, please send it over.

Yep, that looks like a container boundary issue. Wondering if you get the same thing with the Cashier as well? Weird that it is on Windows 7 (so far). On 10, it is fine.

Yes, many of the screen have the same problem. At least on the account and cashier screens they used a scrolling pane and the tab button will force it to scroll down on some.

I really don't get why anyone makes an interface that's got a fixed window, and with such a small size these days. Honestly, *nobody* with a desktop is running a screen that small. Screens aren't even made with resolutions that low anymore.

Could you please be so kind and do a test on your computer:

Control Panel >> Display >> Change default size (smaller) // It has nothing to do with the resolution, this one is for the display settings. Let me know if it worked.

Yes, it looks like changing the system wide default font size to (smaller) does make it fit the window now. However, using the smaller font size isn't ideal for the rest of my applications and system display.

I hope this extra info helps you guys tweak the application settings so that it will still work on default Win7 settings.

Hello, please be so kind and check the Private tab in the main lobby. You should see them there.

Thank you very much. I will be checking the "Private" tab and post my results here.

Some of those types of sites are out of date and are just a come-on to get you to install poker room software using their affiliate IDs. I recommend that you find the freerolls that you are interested in (via the Private tab as the Rep mentioned) and get the website information to find the passwords you are looking for. You can bookmark that site in a folder in your browser for future reference.

<div align="left">

Perhaps I wasn't clear.
I'm not looking willy-nilly on the interwebs for passwords. The websites I was referring to are those of the sponsors of the freerolls on ACR. Most of their freerolls are listed on ACR but I occasionally come across one that isn't even though most of their other ones are.

I will be checking the "Private" tab, but offhand I don't see any freerolls there that aren't listed in the freerolls tab. The "Private" tab has a lot of tourneys that aren't freerolls.

Sorry, I guess I misunderstood. Yeah, the private tab is for ACR affiliates and do have buyin games as well.

You should be able to play now, let me know if you still have issues so I can assist you.

I have not had any problems yet. I saw your poker room here at the cards chat forum. I often play on a mobile device, so I'm interested. It's important for me.

Another option might be in the properties for the exe file. If you right click on the AmericasCardroom.exe file and select properties, select the Compatability tab. In Windows 10 I see this, but yours might be similar.

Try fiddling with the Compatability Mode to see if that helps. Possibly try the Change high DPI settings button. And (cringe) try running in 640x480 mode. All of these will only affect the client software and not the rest of your system.

Thank you for the information, I sent it to the Tech department. You can also try what Shady Slim said on the #5955 post.

I appreciate all the patience and cooperation! Soon as I have an update on this I will inform you here.

Win a $12,500 WSOP Package at Americas Cardroom
If you’ve ever fantasized about playing in the world’s richest live poker tournament, you’ll want to log onto Americas Cardroom this Sunday.

The US-friendly online poker site is awarding at least two World Series of Poker prize packages through a WSOP Qualifier on Sunday, June 10th at 5:15 pm ET. The buy-in is $320.
Each package is valued at $12,500 and covers the $10,000 Main Event buy-in and $2,500 for travel expenses. Players who win aren’t forced to head to Vegas as they can choose to keep the cash instead.
ACR is also running a Mega Qualifier on June 17th and awarding 30 prize packages!

Okay, you guys really need to work on seating when you get moved. I get moved to table, 8 players in a hand, and get seated in the UTG position. The BB passes to the player to the left of me, so I wait next two hands. When the button passes to the player to the left of me, guess what, I get moved again and into the UTG position of the next table. Really?

Why not just pass the BB to me in the first place?

I'm really sorry about that, this has been reported. The tech department is currently working on this situation.

Thanks for the reply

How do your satellites work? Minimum of number of tickets + 1 before it starts? So, for example, if you had two seats to a tournament, do three people have to register for the satellite to start?

And what are the normal late registration times?

I tried this, it didn't help. The problem is that the WPN software has fixed window sizes. Changing the system display viz the control panel, doesn't fix the fixed window sizing.

Again, this seems to be a Win 7 issue, and how WPN deals with that.

Each satellite is min players to starts it's customized as per our tournament director discretion, as there is not a standard setting. However please be aware that the min players require to start in any tournament is posted under the tournament prize structure section.

As per the Late Registration periods it`s also customized and posted in the tournament description.

I have a question for you, when you tried that, did the window adjust it or it stays the same way?

Was playing in the .50 on demand MTT when the timer noise for me sounded... and continued to sound every few seconds until I closed all ACR windows (roughly two hours).

Tried closing other windows, tried turning my sound off in the settings - it kept going.

Relative to the bezel (frame around the display), the window size increased. But the contents inside the window also increased, so no functional change.

It works fine on my Win 10 system.

Thanks a lot for this feedback, If it's possible, could you take a picture of the lobby when it looks like that.

Hello, this is an isolated case, did you try with the Sound settings window, instead of closing the windows or turn off your volume directly? With the sound settings window should work.
