Is there regular tournaments held daily/weekly at ACR? like Sunday million or something similar. Or do we just have those unlimited re-buy tournaments?

Two things.

Number one, are there any plans to get full access to the lobby for mobile phones?

And, now that the DDOS scare is gone, can you give a brief explanation of what was done to stop it, without giving away company secrets?

Oh, and a minor software suggestion. In an all in situation, slow down the action to build suspense. It seems to be over so fast you sometimes wonder what happened! The minor addition of computer time would probably be offset by the minor increase in the tendency to go all in.

Any word yet on this issue? I check back here every week or two and still haven't noticed any comments stating that the problem has been identified by your Mac Developer expert. I've stopped playing on ACR till I know this has been fixed.

I sent this to the Mac Developer expert. He is looking into this situation, soon he will send me the response. Please be so kind and allow us 24-72 hours. If he sends me the response before the timeframe I will contact you directly.

New instance of previously reported CRITICAL BUG in ACR software. See 3. above for previous report.

This time I was able to capture a screenshot of the turn when I noticed something was terribly wrong similar to the last time (3. above). The following screenshot of the turn only shows 3 community cards, not 4, AND these three cards are DIFFERENT from what was originally displayed on the flop. Notice in the chat box that the flop was dealt :6d4::ac4::5h4:. That is NOT what you now see on the table!

Here is a screen shot of the river. Notice that the flopped cards have now changed back to what they were originally.

As the screenshots prove without a doubt, these were from the same hand # 1199372175. As my computer clock shows they're were taken within one minute of each other.

Hello! Daily, we have the tournament schedule with a lot of type of tournaments for each day you can check it here! We also have the Cage which is Weekly but it's a multi-table time-based cash game, you can check it here.

They are still fixing it, however, the good news is we’re planning on having a new client for the Mac version. Soon as we have more updates I will let you know for sure.

Our development team is currently working on adding more features. Soon as they release one or more, we will post it on our Social Media channels. Also thank you very much for the feedback, I sent it to the development team. Regarding the DDOS question, it's kind of hard to explain without giving the security secrets, if I give them this could affect us a lot and I will get in troubles.:eek: But the good thing is that our hard work, from each one of this company and also with you guys, we were able to solve it.

Is it actually safe to play on ACR again? I have heard about a lot of bots and late tournament registration breaches. Has there been a solution? and how safe does our cardschat community feel about playing on ACR?

All of my cash tables just stopped, is ACR having a problem again? The rest of the internet seems to be working, so I don't think it's connection issues on my end, but I dunno.

We are experiencing technical issues, we are canceling and refunding all tournaments as per our terms and conditions. Apologies for the inconvenience.
So let me get this straight, When something like this happens you refund all entries? What about the people that are knocked out already?? Wouldn't it be better to pay the ones in the money at the time of the crash? There is lots of cash laid waste when this happens. Is this a "Thing" Just wondering Also in the on Demand Tourneys you should add a $1 or $2 or $3 events it jumps from $.50 to $5. A $2 would be cool. Thank you.

You also have terrible and unknowledgeable customer service. Your game formats and tournament schedule are appealing but I think I'll stick to ignition for now since you regularly seem to have some kind of issue that affects the tables, and other sites don't ever, or if they do certainly not as frequently as ACR.



Hopefully, you get your software and backend issues sorted out permanently(which should have been done before you took a single deposit), but trust is a hard thing to earn back especially when you're dealing with peoples money.

I'm not having connection issues but all the ACR freerolls aren't even listed. The sponsored ones (such as CardsChat) are however.

I am noticing that too. There was a few running, and they have all been canceled. 7 minutes to go for the CC daily game, wonder if it will start at all.

They've had servers issues for years and have done nothing to improve.

And you're right, the customer service is pathetic. I remember ACR started a new "4 man" Omaha hi/lo tourney but they set it up as Omaha. It was hilarious when I chatted with support because the guy didn't even know the difference.

Last night someone complained about my chat (I lost my cool and blew off some steam). Today I got an email from, you guessed it, THE CASHOUT DEPARTMENT saying my chat is banned for 15 days. Here is the hilarious message they sent me:

"Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Please be kindly informed YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED DUE YOUR BUYING CHAT, therefore you chat has been banned for 15 days. Be aware this is the second warning.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us."

You just have to love it. The wrong department sending me a message about my chat with some type of cryptic mish mash message. "DUE YOUR BUYING CHAT"


The best part of it all is my chat is still available.


Point being, this is a reflection of the quality of their staff or lack there of and of course they have the worst servers in the industry.


But this is to be expected. After all, we are playing online poker in an unregulated industry with companies that have chosen to circumvent US law by using 3rd party banking.
