Suggestion ACR Rep....players who are inactive should not be allowed to win pots. When they are forced all in, many times I see them winning pots and regaining chips from active players. This is not fair.

I saw a Sitter Rage the final table 5 people tried to call +antys guy jumped to 3rd place and survived like this over and over nobody could bust him …
my favorite is when they raise because they commit most their stack with the blind
always funny when players aren't paying attention and think they will just thief blinds and they get caught by a sitter and everyone see's the guys bs hand... just lost all his fold equity with this group and you lost the pot haha

when 2 people just call a sitters blind an let them get to show down cause nobody bets ..
people go crazy for sitters blinds … its worse than bounty's they do truly effect the game
but people can sit out if they want to they paid to do it
try not to get OWNED by sitters

I have been playing on ACR almost a month now. Just took a nice quadruple-up and the tournament was cancelled! Still in early levels, so my freeroll attempt got me nothing but slightly high hopes of having a chip lead then nothing.

How often does this happen on ACR?

not too often, and i feel you same happened to me in 2 of the freerolls

however it did work in my favor, one of them was later on and they payed out for it, I got to spin 8x trying to win a seat into another game:)

RULE CHANGE

I think the rule should be changed in regards to "all players are refunded if it is still in the late registration period" even players that have busted.

Player A) Shows up and shoves it all in with any 2 on the first hand and gets knocked out

Player B) Plays solid poker for 2 hours and 45 minutes and increases their stack to 6 times the starting stack size.

In my opinion players should be awarded per chip whenever the site crashes, period.

In the example above each player gets their $11 entry fee back but if the tourney went another 15 minutes (assume 3 hours late reg) then player A gets $0 and player B gets roughly $60? Makes no sense.

Lagging river card? on ACR

I play often (free rolls) on ACR and have noticed way to often, especially all-in hands the river card lags at displaying. I don't want to call this something it's not but it seems real strange that the LAGGING river card gives the underdog the winning hand. I've seen it so many times I do not want to deposit money on your site. Do you have an answer for this?

I was never sure if it was just not my perception of reality when it did that. Like when you first look at an analog clock the initial second is longer than the following ones due to how your brain processes it.

Even if it was sorting for the perfect card to for maximum riggage, I don't think there would be any noticeable lag.

I busted out twice in the $100 GTD (#8706287) with unlimited re-entry. First re-entry went fine. The second one, I click on the button to re-enter and nothing happens. I am on the outside looking in right now.

The reason I couldn't re-enter was a hidden dialog box sitting behind my tables. See image below. This box was from my previous re-entry, which I didn't see. It prevents you from re-entering until it is closed out. Kind of a pain in the ass.

Stats Info Missing

This happens to me from time to time. The Stats display disappears from the tournament table I am at, and it never comes back. Have to constantly view the tournament lobby to get the information, which is a headache.

ACR sure was messed up friday. I wasn't looking at start times and joined one of those paused tournaments that was in late registration still.... Nobody at the table new why we couldn't play, and we noticed the tournament had started the day before and been in lat reg for 16 hours, lol

Thank you for the suggestion, however, players cannot be eliminated for being inactive.

In the case an Inactive player is all in will go to to the showdown, and the pot awarded to him in case wins the hand

Thank you very much for your suggestion, I sent it to the tournaments department for review.

Hi, I escalated the case to upper management. They are checking this situation. Thank you very much for reporting it.

His analysis about the dialog box from a previous re-entry being open, causing him to be unable to register has happened to me enough that I now know to go searching for it when I'm in that poster's position and can't get back into the tourney. It is really annoying though and if it could be fixed that would be awesome.

Why does ACR even open extra windows when you click a tab? Just annoying really. Also, am I the only one that has a bunch of screens on the ACR client that don't scale properly to fit inside the interface? The SNG 2.0 screen, Jackpots screen, and all of the account screens are too big to fit in the window on my PC. I can't even register for SNG 2.0's at all because of this bug on either of my PC's. Both are Windows 7, so maybe that's the problem?

My workaround for SNG 2.0's is to register using my mobile, then log out from my phone when it starts and open the Windows client.

A player in a live tournament automatically folds their cards if they are not at the table. It should be the same online. It is with other poker sites. Why should a player who is not playing a tournament be allowed to win pots? It doesn’t make sense.
