Was just wondering how long it takes to make a decision - YES OR NO - to 25 or 50 cent Omaha or NL SnG games on ACR? I am estimating that it would help us players and your site as to bottom line.

Hope y'all have settled all of your software problems and are moving on to improving the games selections.

I'm new to ACR & have a few technical issues/questions.

1. I'm finding in cash games when I type in my bet then hit enter, rather than posting my intended bet, it pushes me all-in. So far this has worked in my favour but it's very concerning. I'm used to entering bets this way at PS, so it's a hard habit to break. Is this just the way the way the ACR App works?

2. The text in the text boxes (chat and bets) is super tiny, especially in fullscreen (it actually gets smaller in fullscreen). Is there a way to make the text larger?

3. I just played a hand where the flop came up 663. On the turn one of the 6's changed to a three. WTF???? Fortunately it changed back on the river. I've never, ever seen that happen before anywhere.

4. I can't get the replay button to work at all.

5. This question apples to tourneys. If I start out with the tourney lobby open, then close it, I can't get it to reappear. The only way I've found around this is to log out and log back in again.

I'm using a Mac.

I should add I tried the online chat tech spt once regarding the lobby issue. The person I was chatting with gave me completely incorrect info, so I'm reluctant to use the ACR tech spt again.

Hello, unfortunately, our Mac version it's a beta version, however, our Mac developer experts are currently working on the glitches that the program has. We recommend using our Windows app if you don't have windows you could install a windows emulator on Mac. Below, you will find the replies regarding your doubts:

They already have this on the development list.

Just do what I did. Get a windows computer solely for the purpose of playing poker.

Except, I play 99% of the time on pokerstars which has really good (although not perfect) Mac software. Plus, my Mac is 5 1/2 years old and I still love it. Don't have room on my desk for a 2nd computer.

I've figured out what's going on here in cash games. If I bet less than $1, I'm used to just typing the amount with a leading decimal point and immediately hitting enter, e.g., ".50". PS accepts this. ACR will not accept the leading decimal point. ACR fills the bet box with the amt of my whole stack. I have to type a zero in front of the decimal point at ACR, i.e., "0.50" for it to accept the 50 cent bet as a 50 cent bet.

Unfortunately most things are built outside of America as we have idiots that demand $15 an hour to flip a damn burger. Cheaper to get stuff done elsewhere.

I got an email today saying I was given a free ticket for an entry into a $10+1 tourney but when I go to my ticket manager it says "this service is unavailable, please try again later"


It's been that way for 5 hours now. I'm assuming this just a continuation of the month long torture chamber we've been through? Is this like ACR's version of waterboarding? Like to get the ticket I have to say 'ACR IS AWESOME, ACR IS AWESOME" while I gag and choke on water.

Other side of that coin is the small minority of billionaires and near trillionaires who only want to pay $8.00 a day for engineers and manufacturers. Another reason your computer is from China. The government keeps the money and enslaves the kids to work 16 hours a day for nothing so you can complain about your cool phone or computer.

Give that multi-billionaire you overpaid for your hardware a call and maybe he can have some of those children beaten for you.


Besides the American service industry, how do you feel about the vets, the homeless and the starving? Rumor has it that they want ridiculous things, too. Medical care, shelter, food. Always somebody irritating the super-rich and their worshipers. Maybe you could contact your congress person and suggest they all be loaded into boats and sent to China to help make your hardware?

Will do. I still can't find that hand where the 6 changed to a 3 and then back again. I'm finding the "Hand History" a little difficult to use since there are no date/time stamps. What does "Last Day" mean? When I select it I get 0 hands showing, but I know that I played a lot of hands yesterday.
