Good job ACR in getting on top of these DDOS attacks. I've had no issues for a few days now. I see people getting impatient for the full tournament schedule to be back up and running, but I say take your time and do it right. It's nice to be able to reliably play poker, even if it's just the freerolls.

I agree 100%. No reason to have a full schedule and problems based on overloaded servers. Your tech team can judge best based on success or failure of current schedule. No doubt more will be added as successful games continue.

Exactly.

Why risk having your outdated servers malfunction when you can continue to provide your valued and loyal players with the games that pose NO RISK to your bottom line. Cash games and SNGs.

After all, it's only been 3 weeks and according to the ACR rep, a full MTT schedule will be up and running "soon".

Anyone play the sitngo 2.0 on acr? Whats your results and also experience with what the payouts ended up being?
I have had some success playing the jacklot sitngo.

I play almost every night. I have sat in on only one full Jackpot so far but have payouts as high as 8 places. The Jackpot round paid all 9. Total payout was $1,557.35 and I went out in 6th place for $124.58 Not a bad return on $5.50 I hope it happens again someday as it is quite exciting. Until then they are a fun game for me to play before bed.

Wow Awesome. Me and the wife have been playing them together the last couple nights. Typically only a $35 prize pool. Hoping for a big one yet as we usually make it to 2nd or 3rd place.

But according to ACR this has nothing to do with "overloaded" servers. It's strictly due to DDOS attacks.


Of course anyone who can think critically and read between the lines knows this has always been a server issue. That's why they keep the cash games and the SNGs up and running. Then they allow a few select MTTS to run just to try and keep the blindfolded players happy until they can switch over to the new servers.


If the DDOS "attacks" are under control, then why the big wait for the full MTT schedule? Oh yea, they don't want the loyal players to be inconvenienced if the MTT has to be cancelled. Of course, it's no big deal if your SNG or cash game gets messed up.


Their story and their actions don't add up.

I was told others have tried with little success.
I'm not sure if I should just make another list here or just shut up and see what happens.

apparently they don't need help from us or we would see a poll of some sort to pool players interests ... yes ?no ? maybe I should start one .. or maybe a popular chat regular can do it and it would gain more attention .... well if nobody gets it going by tomorrow ...............don't forget to mention lower than $7 on demand H/L .. 50c holdem Turbos are getting a little boring would be nice to mix in other low buyin game types .... just move the decimal over one to the left and more than 2 Omaha games might run per day

I'm new to this forum but old ACR player who has been quite frustrated with the lack of communication over all the recent problems. I have a few questions please...


1) Can you confirm that the MTT schedule is or is not undergoing a major overhaul?


2) Will there be a consistent volume of MTT's including high stakes return to the schedule - regardless of their guarantees?


3) Any idea when the schedule may return? Is it to coincide with the end of this On Demand promo?


4) Any idea when the next OSS cubed is to be scheduled?

BIG $5000 GTD $5.50 buy in ERASED/REMOVED

The game mentioned above was scheduled for 2 days. The only $5 GTD's left today are $2K or less. It was removed w/o starting as scheduled today.

If they will not leave a $5.50 $5K GTD on the schedule you can believe that the "BIG" MTT GTD's will only return very, very far down the road.

Two days ago there were several of the $5 $5K variety scheduled. Now, all gone. DDos and servers aside, liquidity does seem to be a concern controlling the schedule. All of those million dollar shortfall games must have dug a deep hole.

Maybe that hole attracted the DDos and server problems. It is a thought. One the current scheduling maneuvers seems to support.

The other options are thin for Americans, my friend:

Global Poker feels like bingo. They won’t give you hand histories for a reason.

ignition I simply don’t trust. I’ve seen allins (100 bb deep) on cash tables called with hands like J2o and flop full houses many, many times. Then the player gets up and leaves. Don’t trust a site that is anonymous when you sit.

So what does that leave? ACR and BOL. I’ll stick with ACR for now (I like rakeback), but I have BOL downloaded just in case.

Our tournaments department is still working on the schedule.

We will have a lot of MTTs and some new tournaments coming soon.

Unfortunately I don't have that information, however, I can assure that is coming very soon.

My response was to John 3:16. He mentioned overloaded servers could be the reason why we don't have an MTT schedule. ACR never mentioned server overload as an issue. It was the "DDOS attacks".


I've been around the block a few times son. I guess those "attacks" inspired ACR to "revamp" their whole MTT schedule. OR, maybe "revamp" is code word for we need more time to get our new servers up and running.


Seriously, how many weeks will it take to "revamp" their MTT schedule. Yea, I know right, its the 21st century. This is complicated stuff.

And let's be honest. Anybody that has played on ACR in the past knows that these issues aren't new. Servers crashing and players waiting endlessly until they cancel the MTT has been a regular part of the experience.

Also, the problem I reported on the day you had difficulties with the Main Lobby last week happened again last Sunday about 7pm EST. I was in the middle of the CC freeroll. My OS froze for a few minutes. I had to close the client and restart at a crucial moment of the game. The error report I just submitted should give information on my OS, so that can be used as reference.

Seriously when is the MTT schedule coming back? All these on demand tournaments and cash give you straight rake without ever paying out a gtd that doesnt hit like million dollar sunday plus all these ddos had to have taken a beating on your own income so now you have straight profit no risk all your tournamets are bigger buyins to like 30 buck 50 at 11pm when the whole east coast has work in the morning you put a 5 dollar up i havent logged on or touched the site until the mtts come hack its what i enjoy playing and have the most success so please be soon i know somewhere in the batcave there is some chatter about it i do love your site compared to bol ignition but pokerstars is getting legalized in PA soon so maybe ill be switching over there ����*♀️

I thought I would check in this thread and see if I could find any new info for ACR in this thread ,,,,,,,but I see the rep here is saying the same thing that support says,,,,, when you call on the phone ... that all regular tournaments will be coming back soon. I've lost track of time??? I think is it 3 or 4 weeks now that everything's been gone? Anyway hope it all gets worked out soon

I haven't withdrawn any of my ACR money yet ,,,I've been trying to wait and be patient. But honestly there is nothing that I would play right now because I am a small buyin MTT player.. and none of those tournaments have been back yet I really hope they will be back soon... I'm not a cash game player so there's really nothing for me to play right now. And I don't like turbo on demands at all okay hopefully the regular tournaments will really come back soon.....crossing fingers
