Is it too much to ask that ACR says a big sorry with some kind of freeroll for all mtts regs, cash players seem unaffected by the lasted glitch but all my tournaments were suspended then cancelled come on...

Knowing my luck id get the chip lead then yous would crash again

I just registered the Jackpot Freeroll only to find the game was suspended, and then cancelled. But ACR is still running the freeroll on demand game...hmmm

True. Doesn't seem to be an issue with On-Demands. All still running. I'm not registering for anything until CC freeroll tonight (fingers and toes crossed for that one).

ACR, you pushed me to the edge of the cliff, then pushed me over. I have now sought solace by artificial means. It hurts so good now. WoW!

I don't recommend ever putting more than 1 buyin into any multi table tourneys for a while ! In the case of a suspension/cancellation you may not get refunded in full .

I don't know if anybody is having the same problems I had. The software was freezing up my system. Ordinarily you wouldn't notice it, but when I started seeing the jumps from people UTG and all of sudden it was my call, something was up. After closing the software, my system went back to normal.

Anyhow, hi ho, hi ho, off to BOL I go for a tournament there. Can't get into the CC freeroll yet, my application is in the mail. Then I will be back at 9 EST for my weeknight game. Hopefully you guys will blow everything up the hour before, they will fix it, and all will be right with universe when I log back in.

I didn't have any issues with my system or any issues with the main lobby (so not sure what ACR Rep was referring to). Only my tourney lobby stopped responding for a couple minutes. I logged out and back in and it was fine.

I must confess that I had the client running since last night. It was just plain odd that when everything started going slower than a slug, that is when their announcement came about the main lobby having a problem. Coincidence? Maybe.

Anyhow, I just started the client back up. Regged in a game. And stuff seems to be smooth right now. If I notice anything different, will report back.

According to the T&C (I've simplified it here so easier to understand), if a tourney is cancelled during:

1. Late registration – All players (including players who have busted) will receive: A[ll] Tournament buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and fees back. It will be as if the tournament had never been played.

2. Running State (after late registration has closed) – players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive 1 buy in back (No re-entries, no rebuys or add ons), and the a percentage of the prize pool based on chip stack.

3. In the money stage - players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the next minimum payout when the tournament is cancelled, and a percentage of prizepool based on chip stack.

Same goes for bounty tourneys except you do forfeit your bounty.

This seems fair to me.

Rake baby rake

I agree. Just shut it down until you're sure you can provide reliable and functional service. We're all tired of wasting our time registering for events and constantly being interrupted and cancelled.

Ring game rake is about 80% of the site revenue.

They could care less about "your time" or your value as a loyal player. As long as the ring games are running and the rake is flowing into their bank account, then that's all that matters for now.

Technically, as you already know, the game resumed and finished paying down four spots. The May 9th thread in the Freeroll Forum is blowing up over this! Some people may not be aware of this though.

Not me! Maybe an honorary title would be nice. You couldn't pay me enough to go through what the Reps have had to endure the last couple of weeks.

If I can get an honorary title, there should be some perks to go with it. Maybe a ticket to that Sunday game. No, I am not talking about the satellite on Friday where you have to slog through several hundred players to finish in the top ten.

Of course, a couple of days I was thinking on give you something, a reward for supporting us in this situation on this thread. But give me some time, please. I have to talk to my Manager first.

Our system automatically refund everything based on the tournaments cancellation policies. However, if you see a discrepancy, provide me the Hand IDS or the tournament IDs and I will check them.

Thanx. It just happened the one time during the problem you had with the front lobby yesterday. After the cancellations, I closed the client and restarted it later. It ran smoothly after that.

I did get back on after all of that. Just didn't want to in the middle of a tournament. I just suffered through it until I saw the suspension notices go up.

Got to play in my weeknight game with a bunch of friends last night too. Lots of people there were totally jonesing and we had above the average entries to boot. All in all, a very pleasant night at ACR. It was a late Spring, and it looks like it is finally here.

Hopefully it is NOT the same person who decides to delay a scheduled event 15 hours late well beyond any normal avenue of registration without notification of doing such a moronic thing.

Take your time. Expectations are super low and actual anger and disbelief increasing. Do not offer us free entry into any $10 on-demand free roll of our choice. Even that is what we expect and would not trust to start or finish on time.

In other words, right now, thanks for nothing. Pass this along to add to your 2 year old list of things from players to ignore. REALLY!

No one could register from the "normal" crowd. Game did not start until 15 hours later. At that time, long past late registration or regular registration.

8 minutes is the recorded time for finish. Check the results screen grab. This was a very MORONIC move by ACR. Really?
