My thoughts exactly about that I'm Back tourney (see Shady Slim's post above).

Just logged in and see that now, we have the opposite scenario to what we had this past weekend. I almost feel like someone's messing with us, though I know better. The only freerolls listed are the On Demands and all private freerolls are gone. The CC freeroll didn't run last night. Let's hope its back tonight.

Addendum: Right after I posted this, private freerolls were listed. Fingers crossed that they actually run.

Confirmed. The private games are back! But there is one snag with them. There is still late registration going on with yesterdays CardsChat freeroll, along with some others that never took place.

We are still in the dark about the I'm Back Tournament though. And agreed, XYZ, it almost feels like someone is messing with us, doesn't it?

Technically, as you already know, the game resumed and finished paying down four spots. The May 9th thread in the Freeroll Forum is blowing up over this! Some people may not be aware of this though.

Not me! Maybe an honorary title would be nice. You couldn't pay me enough to go through what the Reps have had to endure the last couple of weeks.

If I can get an honorary title, there should be some perks to go with it. Maybe a ticket to that Sunday game. No, I am not talking about the satellite on Friday where you have to slog through several hundred players to finish in the top ten.

tgeezee's post quoted above (#5604) seems to need your help.

tgeezee, I imagine you will need the tourney ID and the last hand you participated in. Should be available from your hand history.

I am guessing, as you did, that it restarted and ended without you. They are very good about refunds or chopping games the are stopped.

.. last nights games that were running when the server connection was lost ..
No refunds were sent .. anyone else playing around 12:10 pst last night missing refunded entry fee's ?

on my ends its a 50 c game I was playing with about 3x stack past late reg 20/40 left .
. maybe ill refresh the financial history 5x again .
.or maybe it restarted when I was sleeping and I just lost .. .
..maybe they just rolled back the whole thing
but it looks like I still paid to enter it according to time stamps.

Was checking your case with the tournaments department, could you please confirm me the tournament IDs or Hand IDs of the tournaments you think the system didn't refund them so we can proceed with the refund.

I think these down times and DDoS attacks have been screwing with my rakeback, as today it shows $0, but it shouldn't.
It says negative balance carries over, but what about positive balances?

I sent a ticket to the department in charge so they can check it. Soon as they reply me I will let you know.

This might explain the issue I am having with the software. I keep getting a (not responding) message in the caption bar. Other applications are stalling until the software becomes responsive again. I shut down everything else I had running, and the problem persisted. In fact, this is the second time I had to enter this post because it interfered with my browser.

I agree. Just shut it down until you're sure you can provide reliable and functional service. We're all tired of wasting our time registering for events and constantly being interrupted and cancelled.

After my previous post, I can confirm that it was the software client causing my system to freeze up. After closing out the client, everything is snappy again.

I was actually watching my Task Manager during play and could not spot any memory or high CPU usage. But of course, Task Manager was frozen at the same time ... so take that with a grain of salt.

This is a serious issue. It goes beyond what has been happening the past two weeks.
