FWIW, I just registered in an On Demand S&G.

There are some private games listed, but no CC game .....yet.

So now that all my money has been lost to disconnections and lag outs will there be anything done to fix it? I have the same name here as on acr...in total i lost about 57 dollars between a few tournaments that i reg'd and was disconnected and a cash game where i had 35 in the pot with KK and the entire client timed out and of course folded my hand...i have contacted support about this but of course was stone walled...what i dont understand is when as a player i lose a pot or buyin or catch a bad beat i dont claim it was an error and demand my money back...i don't understand how a KNOWN server issue could be recognized and the company that caused said issue will not take responsibility for that problem...that is really the issue here...lets look at the facts...acr was attacked (because they told us so)....during that attack, yoy guys continued to try to operate in order to PROFIT...this could have been easily avoided...these are all almost undeniable facts we can all agree on yes? So the question becomes, given the circumstances of said facts, what does acr propose to do? Ignore and stonewall me and every other player who was lagged out and disconnected with $ on the line? Imo what acr does with this problem says everything about who they are and what they represent as a company. It comes down to this...is acr going to fix their mistake and treat us long term customers as people that value us and our business, or are they going to be as greedy as possible and sweep my 50 bucks under the rug and anyone else who lost money? Of course we all know in reality what a legitimate business would do...but the question is...what is ACR going to do??

ACR needs to do a full 180 on the way they treat their players. Lack of transparency being the biggest. They are losing their most loyal players because of the way the site is treating them. This is ugly and something needs to change. Honestly i think it stems from Phil's attitude that they can fix everything themselves. No. Hire real security. Pay for DDOS protection. Simple solutions to simple problems that arent being solved because phil wants everything to be in house....

Let's break that down. If a business talks too much it might expose a plan, vulnerability, trade secret, active investigation. Which makes lying by omission ok, fair, in this case if that would be the hypothetical scenario. So far they said they're under DDOS attack, it appears to be true, unless it can be dis-proven.

This argument is losing steam. W hy do you suppose they canceled the tournament thats expected to have 300,000 overlay but didnt cancel any of the other tournaments that reach their gtd just fine? Think about all the money they lost by putting up huge overlays plus the joe ingram thing... dont you think theyre incentivized to try to save their hide? They took a big risk and lost a nd now theyre in damage control and being shady as shit about it.

I don't like speculation, it can be hurtful and damaging while people try to hit target center.

It wouldn't be the first business that in their case wants to be up there with PS and have a flagship game(s). Going upside down until and with the end game to be at profit is a marketing expenditure. If memory serves me correctly BOL was going to launch their monster game recently and then it got cancelled.

I'm not defending them just explaining from a business mans point of view. You have concerns that do not sit right with you / don't add up to the past situations building into the scenario now unfolding, you seek explanations, redress. Try to form your questions in an unemotional manner that seek a target hit to your question.

It seems that at 1:30pm EDT the ACR sun has risen and all is right with the poker world again. Well, maybe not ALL.

It is up and running with full schedule of freerolls displayed. BOL/SPB are also up and running. SPB managed to fix their problem w/o requiring me to do a fresh install. BOL had to be removed and installed from a fresh download. ACR, for me, did not require a new install.


Looking forward to getting back to a heavy schedule of CC freebies as well as others.

Recently jao closed its doors with players monies in their pockets so there is always a concern. It's not trivial to know that the organization is capitalized when its largest game appears to be bleeding money while it seeks the promised land and site issues suddenly occur. Is it responsible to have the site partially running while the attacks go on, and the reason for that. Lastly, Joe Ingram has made some very concerning allegations that I take dead serious as a player, that in relation to the WPN having an issue with bots, collusion and super users. Please address all these aforementioned concerns, thank you.

They are on the schedule now. Whether we can complete them is another story. Cross your fingers, but things seem to be running pretty smoothly right now.

Not quite full. There is one weekday tournament that I play in that is not up there yet. The major games (CC, VGN, Jackpot, etc) are there. This will probably change in next few hours.

Been playing a couple of tournaments, tried to re-enter the Manic Monday with one level of late rego left but it won't let me. I can bring the tournament lobby up but no matter how many times I press "re-enter" it doesn't respond.

I tried opening acr earlier and my anti-virus blocked it. Is it safe to open now?

Mine did the same thing, antivirus blocked it. I allowed it, that probably wasn't wise. ACR is now frozen. I shut down and can't log back in.

Just want to get on the record. 4/30/2018 6:30PM ET .... I am playing the $22 $40,000 Guarantee Manic Monday and I froze up. When I click "TAKE MY SEAT" an empty table is all I get.



EDIT: As of 6:36 ET when I click "TAKE MY SEAT" nothing happens, no table no anything, totally frozen.

EDIT #2: As of 6:40 PM ET when I click "TAKE MY SEAT" table now opens to paused tournament.

You are not alone. The tournaments are on hold (again). Give a few minutes, they should become active again. Don't abandon the table.
