The had a DDos attack and are just getting the site up and going again.

I would give them a little time before everything is back to normal.

I’m not doing that. It was the majority of the tournaments. Even the million dollar one doesn’t have a million in it sometimes. I’m just asking why do they say guaranteed if they aren’t necessarily so?

My game window was forceably closed with some error after the game ended. quite dodgy endng to a game really. so now the lobby has gone white with no games. anyway so i can't get hand ID at all.

again they got hit with a DDOS again all games are not up right now but able to play. i don't know if i want ever to make a deposit on ACR even if i use bit coin.i might put my bit coin in bovada poker or carbon. i have a funny feeling that ACR is making a lot of money off of us. to me i don't think that they putting money into there security system for there system that runs the online poker. since this is two days in a row they get hit with a DDOS. I just got a message saying they got hit with DDOS

Because they are guaranteeing the prize pool. If there's less players they make up the difference which is better for you. This is called overlay and betters you chances of winning.

I'm sorry but that's not correct. If you notice that if we cancel the tournaments due to this situation, we refund them as per our terms and conditions.

But now I dont feel comfortable to play on ACR. Cam you imagine that for example stars have the same problem 3 days? It is very bad promo for you. Sorry

You are looking at the number of buy-ins and re-entries. ACR does not update that "Prize Pool" number on the lobby screen but if you actually add all the payouts starting with first and ending with the last place payout you will see that it adds up to the guarantee. ACR should fix that part of the software so it updates and post the guarantee number in the lobby so people are not confused and think they are paying only the entries and re-entries as the "Prize Pool" when they are really paying the guarantee. That "prize Pool" number should automatically show the guarantee/total of all payouts but it does not update, but the guarantee does update in the actual payouts, so until they fix that just add all the payouts and you will see they are paying the guarantee.

Yes, our department in charge is still working on this, hopefully, we can correct it soon.

this is getting ridiculous. how come they are not updating there system to make it more secure and make it harder to break in the ACR system.i missed the ACRSTormers home game last night since i don't have stuff set up to deposit and i'm building up free bit coin so i can deposit into my ACR account. i love the new avatars i hope that you keep those. but you need to lower the deposit to 25 dollars. which would be very nice.

If they would spend half the effort into security as they do promotion of the $1 Million this problem would have done been fixed.

I just want to play a little poker. Thats all.

ACR crashes way too often, I couldn't imagine how the people who play for real big money feel with this crap we are being served.

when i get my free bit coins up big enough to make a deposit i'm thinking depositing it in bovada poker or carbon. at least you can make a deposit of 25 dollars.and ACR is still having problems for three days now for ACR being down. and ACR wants people to deposit money into there account

Those issues are not good fot the company u might lose lots of players, and i dont really want to even try it anymore after those kind of issues, ive never seen anything likes this on poker rooms like 888 or PS.
