I actually got thru with that link this time. It opened up the banner for the 1,000,001 promo.


Update regarding this link: I checked with the IT, what happens is that if you misclick on the banner it should redirect to the promotion immediately but, the thing is that due to this issues, the banner is not directing to the promotion.

FYI another network which includes BetOnline and SportsBetting is down as well.

Guessing the same attack. It started on Monday on BOL.

Got the lobby to appear but can not move around the site. Click on something and nothing happens.

I briefly experienced the Configuring... title bar thingy. Then it said Configured. Shortly after that, the login screen -- and I am now logged in.

The banners are still opening up in Internet Explorer and not my default browser. This is curious because the main navigation links do open up in my default browser. You really should pass this on to your software guys, because forcing IE to open over the default is just bad practice.

i enjoy playing on ACR. but right now i'm having problems logging in every time i try to log in i'm getting an error..and i have to agree with one of the people that posted about lowering the deposit to 25 dollars. and even get more ways to deposit money into there account. in the 10 dollar free rolls i think those blinds should be 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes. we get over 3 to over 4 hundred people. i also would like to see some PLO and PLO 8/H. and other different games in stead of hold em. there is one game i saw live on stream would be great to try and that is Taiwanese Poker. when will the private games will come back.for the ACRSTomers home games.

Logged out and shut down program. Restarted, the check version dialog lasted just a few seconds and the lobby came up. The login screen was shown, I logged in and no problems. The whole process took less than 10 seconds.

One thing I noticed in the login screen is the checkbox for Auto Login. It keeps resetting to unchecked.

When I try to log in it says my account has been suspended. Support said my account is fine and to try in 2 hours......

Happy to report that I sat down at a cash table, and everything appeared very responsive. No problems except for one.

In the half-hour I was there, I often pre-toggled the Fold button ahead of time. On only one occasion, however, there was a few second delay, my timer showed 10 and started to count down, then the fold was initiated. All this time, there are no controls visible on screen -- it was a wait and pray moment.

That kind of thing happens every now and then. I expect there is a latency issue, and there is really nothing that can be done about that. So in that regard, it was a pretty smooth half-hour (and a little bit profitable) ;)

Just tried 3 seperate times to log on. Complete restart each time.

Checks for updates then main screen appears and then login screen popsup.
Takes 3 or 4 minutes for everything to appear and start moving in main client.
Then, will not accept login or close commands.

I have to use my Process Hacker to terminate the client.

I was able to log in to both ACR and BCP, not at the same time, and registered into a tournament.

BOL and SB will not even open up.

ACR Cardschat Freerolls Nowhere ???

Hello every one, yesterday I understand there was a hacker attack but after that, Today i dont see the Cardschat Freeroll listed?

What is going on ? Please someone let us know? :confused:

Hi guys, the login issue had been solved, however, I would highly recommend giving some time before you register in any tournaments, our IT department is making sure that everything is fine.


Also, thank you very much for all your comments, it helped a lot! I appreciate your cooperation.

Hi, let me know if you were able to log in.
Just gave it a try. Seems to be back up to normal. Logged on and off without any hiccups. Displays were normal and working.

Will check back later to see if the CC freeroll is back on the schedule.

GOOD JOB, ACR techs and rep. Thanks for keeping us updated. :D

whats going on with the freerolls on ACR. Not showing all of them(just jackpot freerolls,depositors freerolland MDS freeroll. Nothing else so whats up.

No my account still says suspended. I called and chatted support and they assured everything was ok but still cannot log in
