It wasn't a suggestion it was an obscene liberty ACR takes when it makes my computer operate out of my control....And what was the response from the department in charge? The issue continues and no issue that I've brought to your attention prior to has gotten addressed to a point where a fair and appropriate resolution has been executed. Those contained in this thread, those you asked me to send you via PM, all inclusive.

I understand you intermediate, and you seemingly pass a message along, I get that. When I take the time to detail an issue and the result is ineffective, do understand I will forgo that approach, but not the sought resolution.

Let me see If I'm understanding, the new version of Java is not supported on your both browsers? Hmmm, that's weird. If it's okay for you, let me know which Windows version are you using.

This is what I get when trying to verify java on Firefox:
"

We have detected you are using the 64-bit version of Firefox which will not run the Java plugin. Use the Java Control Panel to find the installed Java version. More info"

For Chrome I get this with the java checker:
"The Chrome browser does not support NPAPI plug-ins and therefore will not run all Java content. Switch to a different browser (Internet Explorer or Safari on Mac) to run the Java plug-in. More info"

The more info for the Firefox says they stopped supporting Java in March of last year.
I did go ahead and update java anyway just to be sure it was the latest, but still have the missing stuff on the beast page.
I guess I could try internet explorer, but I really do not want to set that as my default browser. I meant to say Chrome and Firefox in my reply before this, I dunno why I said Edge, sorry. I don't think I have Edge on this PC, and IE is uninstalled.

Somehow a note that I put on another player somehow got put on me, and I can't right click on myself to remove it. I dunno if it will go away after my session, since I'm still playing but it seems strange. I think this might have happened a while ago too, but I was able to remove it somehow,so maybe it will disappear once I restart the client? That was over a year ago though the last time.

edit: no I just tried restarting ACR and it is still ther, I guess now I have a yellow tag and note stuck on me that shouldn't be there

Is there a way to minimize the size of the screen when playing at a table? I'm on mac and the little double arrow comes up to suggest that I can change the window size but whenever I try to do it nothing happens. Also will SnG 2.0 ever come out for mac?

Late Registrations Too Long

I have just gotten back into playing a little online. As a recreational player I find it annoying that late registration goes on for 12 or 15 levels. I know you are generating rake but as a recreational player I want the tournament to be halfway over by level 15. I have other things in life to do other than play a $3 tournament forever.

I know sit and gos are an option but I feel the opportunity for collusion among players is too high in a sit and go situation. Same as in cash games.


Bottom line I would like tournaments with 3 level max registration. I understand that there would be no minimum guarantees on these games.


Just the thoughts of a recreational player.

I do like your $ 10 free rolls on demand - the payout should be increased to 20% of the players - that is normal for most sites. Actually most sites don't matter - 20% pay would be good for ACR site. Then more great players get to win $$$$ so they can play real $$$$ games.I can't deposit because it is against the law here. So, if I win any free rolls it is still your $$$. Thank you for considering my messages.

I agree with this, and also feel the late registration is too long. I usually wait until about level 10 to even register if I do play a tournament because of this. I know it's better value to register at the beginning, but damn it takes forever. I've also mainly just been playing the Jackpot freerolls due to the late reg, but would probably play some more tournaments if the late reg wasn't so long.

Deposited Money - Not Posted

I deposited money over 36 hours ago using MG and it is still not posted to my account. I called this morning and they assured me it would be loaded on my account. No luck.

If it takes this long to process a deposit I wonder how long it will take to process a withdrawl?

Avatars at ACR

First off, I would like to say Ive finally found a good site that allows U.S. players! Your player avatars are ok. But, I like to be able to see the face of the people on the table. Is there any chance that you will ever make it possible to use our own picture for an avatar?

For Crypto deposits is CHP a deposit method? CHP is what CoinPoker uses and I want to move some money. Also consider lowering the deposit min. for crypto to $50 dollars as you have with BTC.
