I'm starting to see more "Super KO" tournaments in the lobby, where half of your buyin is your bounty. Will we start to see more of these tournaments (hopefully)?

Our Tournaments department are adding more and more tournaments, so hopefully those ones are on the next batch :)

What is rule on this extra email requesting info before moving forward on my crypto cashout? This happened once before where I got email after requesting cash out and it just happened on my latest cash out. I got an email requesting cash out amount and a couple other things. I sent it in. My cash out is not late or anything.... Yet. What triggers this? It has only happened once before but it is a little annoying.

Edit: Just got another email stating:
"Thank you very much for confirming your transaction with us, it will be approved as soon as possible. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for it to be reflected on your wallet."
So when you cash out via crypto on site it says cash out will take up to 24 hrs but will normally be processed as soon as possible. Then I get email requesting info about 15 hrs later, then another email after I send additional info in and a time frame of an additional 24 to 72 hrs can you see how this can be annoying?

I actually checked this with the Withdrawal department, and the normal time frame is 24-72, HOWEVER, it could take less. So, if you want I can check the status of your cash out :) Just allow me a moment.

Yes thank you I got it. My point was it is just confusing/annoying to see that it will be processed within 24hrs on site then getting an email 15hrs later requesting additional information before it is processed and then being given the 24 to 72hrs time frame after 15hrs has already past. Don't get me wrong I am not angry and I am satisfied with the actual cashout time but maybe clarify the actual time on the site? Thanks for always being helpful :)

Oh, let me explain that, under normal circumstances, payouts are processed the day after they are requested, however, ALL payouts are subject to review and may take up to 15 business days to process. For Cryptos, it takes 24-72 hours normally, but it could take less.

Americas Cardroom’s BOSS leaderboard starts Monday

The Online Super Series, the second part of Americas Cardroom’s $15 Million GTD OSS Cub3d, ends this Sunday, March 18th in exciting fashion with a $500,000 Main Event at 3pm ET. That’s in addition to a $1,000,001 Million Dollar Sunday at the same time.

The action then keeps going with the Bigger Online Super Series (BOSS) starting on Monday. This is designed for high rollers with $4,500,000 in guaranteed prize pools over just 27 tourneys. It includes two $1,000,000 GTD events on Sunday, March 25th!

The BOSS also has a separate leaderboard for players to accumulate points. The top-10 finishers will each win four tickets ($265 value each) to a Million Dollar Sunday!

See the complete BOSS schedule here.

Are you able to release parts of your first deposit bonus incrementally? For example, once you clear $1 with the 27.50 APs, can you click redeem and get the $1 without it ending the bonus?

Hello, the bonus will be released in increments of $1 per every 27.5 Award Points you generate through your play at real money tables. :)

They offer the most & best freeroll schedule of the main 5 or 6 that allow Americans to play. And it ends there. I and others have seen and made so many suggestions and reported problems since 2017. They were all added to lists. Like the birth year bug, none of it has been added to the client or corrected to date.

They offer the biggest MTT guarantees. They have a wide menu of tourneys and SnG's. Many have complained to no avail about excessive addons, rebuys and late registrations. Often lasting many, many hours seemingly to the final table.

Mad and hate are the wrong adjectives. Frustrated and disappointed are the feelings generated by this ever growing list.

For now, for me, I only play the freerolls. The games I want to play are on a list. They are not on the menu. Honestly, I don't expect them to ever be added. Maybe when Ohio legalizes online poker. Stars definitely has the games I would like to play. Two other sites offer them but at excessive fees. Americans are trapped if they want to play. Excessive fees or games we don't like or enjoy are our choices for now.

Thank God for Cardschat and their freerolls. You play folks who enjoy poker and the games do not take days to complete.

Frustration and disappointment, my friend. If you have the time, explore this thread. You will get a feel for the history of the "list". This is just one site. Other sites have their own lists you make suggestions to by emailing CSReps.

This is my opinion. Many others seem to share them and even have some unique ones. Please, feel free to like and enjoy the site if it provides you the services you desire.

Welcome to Cardschat and God bless. :D  :banghead:
I see where you are coming from I agree some of the buyn for the mtt are a bit crazy compared to bol but as you said the free roll are great also like the deposit min compared to other and the 100% match bonus to so ig they have there ups and downs...but as long as they actually pay what they owe ill deal with these small issues lol :)

Ah yes, once I hit the button it released it, and I can keep working towards the goal.. lol kinda dumb question I asked now that I think of it.

Do you know anything about the blackjack tournament tickets for people who opted in? I never received a ticket, but I did opt in. I guess it is too late to still get in as it says it started on March 16th?

"I withdrew my money into BTC when BTC was at 7400, now tho BTC is at 8400. My transaction at the site (ACR) still has not processed.

Which value will they use when they finally credit my account? The immediate current BTC price, or the price it was at when I withdrew? Cuz that's a lot of money difference."

The above was a question for ACR rep.

Well ACR turned down my BTC withdraw also when it was at 7400... because they wanted a pict of my debit card for some reason.

Regarding your question:

"Why did I receive less money from my BTC Cash Out?

Bitcoin is a currency that has constant fluctuations so you might see differences in the amount sent and received due to currency conversions. Bear in mind that the rate used for the conversion will be the one available at the moment the payout is processed. If at any time your payout is being processed and you would like to cancel it due to fluctuations, please alert us via phone at 1-877-314-4195 so we can try to stop the transaction."

You have time until 11:00pm ET, hurry up to use it because after that hour it will expire. Go to Casino > Click on tournaments and then click on "Play" (16K FIELD OF 64).

Americas Cardroom is known as one of the best places to play poker online, but the latest news comes from the land-based world.

The first Live Cage event was just held this past weekend in San Jose, Costa Rica. Member: Stanley Lee came in first place in the time-based cash game in tournament format, waking away with $19,875 for his efforts.

You can see video highlights, photos and articles here.
There are four more Live Cage events in 2018 and you can win one of three $8,000 guaranteed packages every Sunday (6pm ET) in the $55 buy-in Beast and Sit & Crush Live

Cage satellite. It includes your $5,250 buy-in, up to 3-nights stay at the Taormina Hotel, and money for travel and spending.

Got my butt kicked in the CC Daily $100 freeroll. Decided to see if a buyin would tempt me to play.

Every MTT I considered was buried in unlimited rebuys, hours of late registration and an addon with 3 times the chips at 1/2 the price of the original buyin.

Moved on to SnG's. Surprise, suprise. Nothing there either. Just the new lottery games.

I am almost resigned to not look any longer as my suggestions from months ago on "the list" become years old. Guess I will head over to BOL and play some double-up SnG's there. Fees are over-priced but at least the games are scheduled.

Thanks and goodnight. :(

The software on ACR is lacking - it leaves me in limbo a lot - it also forgets my password. glad I don't play for real $$$ yet.

Fix the software - then you may have a great site,

Your software is an old version of another site - you have not improved it - it is actually worst - the chat is messed up - and we can't log out. just a few examples.
