Sorry but that's not true, I always send each comment to the department. They have a big list of things to improve more and more the poker application. With each comment, you guys help us to be the better so we can give you the best poker experience ever.

Not true? Then you immediately say you send it to the department that adds it to a big list? That is proof that I am telling the truth. The part about ignoring it is proven by the list getting bigger rather than the improvements. And that the same things are requested over and over without ever showing up. Yeah. You are new. That is the one thing we do get is NEWBIES telling us we are wrong.

Now now, don't shoot the messenger, they are just trying to help.. it's better than no one sending them our suggestions. The CEO isn't even responding to emails about losing sponsorship/ad revenue, colluding, super users, and what have you(at least in a timely manner). So you can't get too mad about this, or expect everything to happen overnight.

Signed Authorization form

I figure I could PM you this question, but then if I did it wouldn't count towards my post count requirements. Also, if I just sent you a PM it wouldn't help answer the same question for anyone else who might have it.

The $50 free cash for first time depositors promotion, how does it work? I mean I understand that I must log in once a day for the 1st week or whatever it is to redeem the $50, but do I have to spend the money I win each day or will the unused portion roll over to the next day? Can I log in each day, redeem the promotion and sit on the prize, or will the prize for the day be forfeited if I fail to play the free money I win?

As I was leaving a 6 max cash table on ACR I saw the double or nothing game pop up, but I had already hit the X to close the window.. I had actually hit close a couple times because it was taking forever. Did I actually play if I closed the window? I've opted out, but still it gives me the option to stay, close, or play the double or nothing game every time I leave the table for some reason. Would it show in my financial history, as I'm not seeing anything about it?

Hi. there are too many players in iran. i can say i know more than 20 active iranian poker sites each with more than 1000 online players at any moment ( some with up to 4000 online players on evenings) with even 30K guaranteed tournies. but many of us dont trust they RNG systems. Please we need access to ACR. let us play. :(

For a 3rd time my birthdate has been changed. Even though an edit option is offered it DOES NOT WORK.

I am not going to worry about it since I do not plan on depositing at this site in the next 20 years.


Fix it. Don't fix it. Upgrade. Don't upgrade. Like a lot of us now, we just don't care any more.

I sent them an email about this back on January 27th, telling them my birthday was one day off, and got this response:

"[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]Hello

We hope this email finds you well, It's a pleasure for us to assist you.

Please be kindly informed that is a glitch in the system. In our end we are able to see the correct date of birth.
Currently our technicians are working to have this solved ASAP.

If this the case, you can present a recent passport with the latest address, on the email you should explain that you don't have an Utility Bill so you sent a picture or a scanned copy of the passport with the latest address.

Hello! Your "task" would be to redeem daily each card. The funds will be there if you don't use it, so don't worry. Just make sure to log in every day and redeem the cards.

No don't worry it will not affect your funds only click on try option. If you want to disable the feature click on Options > Table options > Unmark the check where it says "Enable Double or nothing on table exit"

Our IT department is still working on this glitch, on the security side the personal information is correct, this glitch is not affecting the personal information on the system it's just on the poker application. They are working hard to get this corrected.

They must be fixing it. That is why it keeps "going" bad on my end. We have nothing to worry about. It was reported to the "List" department.

Never say never even when it applies. :D

I have unchecked that box but it still came up, which is partly why I was asking.
Same here. I find edit and off buttons are ignored by the software just like our birthdates. You can set your table size but it is not saved as one would assume. Oversized tables every time you log back in.

They have that on the list and are working on it. Yep. Thank God for lists. :D
