Very hard to believe someone dating back to 2009 with 860 posts is clueless to the freeroll procedures at CC and ACR.How does one get to play in the ACR daily freerolls and where are the passwords asks Playful??
Who's middle of the night, middle of the night here is not middle of the night where you are.I just tried to login into American Card Room and it says, "checking for new version", and then it doesn't open the software. Most likely, they are updating their software. In my opinion, if they are going to update their system, they should do it in the middle of the night, or at least they should send an email to everyone that way everyone knows what's happening.
What was the ACR reps reply to this dj,There is a structure played at the Bicycle Club here in L.A. that they call a Quantum Reload. It is hard to describe. It is a rebuy but with a twist. There are 6 hours of registration;
Early registration gets in cheap. 2 hours later the registration fee goes up, but the amount of chips one gets also goes up. 2 more hours and both go up again, and that level of registration lasts 2 hours.
The changing entry and chip stack seems to overcome the nasty aspects of really late registration as we see in the WPN events. Really late registration online means you only get a very few BB's when you buy in (or re-buy) late. This obviously discourages LR or rebuys.
The Quantum Reload concept makes it so you almost get the same ratio of BB's per blind level if you register late, as you would if you help start the game. This (not so obviously) actually encourages LR.
They seem to alway cover the guarantee.

They have shorter Quantum Reloads with only 3 hours of LR.
With WPN being short on covering the guaranteed big games this year, I'm concerned it will suffer big time before they re-think the whole thing.
Notes I observed when I played the QR;
-I started at the beginning.
-The field was slow to grow.
-I re-bought as an add-on just before the fees went up. Almost everyone did that.
-After that first tier, the field continued to grow. The new arrivals got almost the same ratio of BB/blind levels as I did when I helped start that tourney. But they paid more to get in. They started with a bigger stack than I did. But with my cheaper re-buy before the tier changed, I was still ahead of them, but they were having no compunction to do anything rashly. I thought at the time it was a decent trade-off.
-I played the 3 tier version, and the same thing happened at the next change, where re-buys were at the tier 2 level. -The tier 3 newbies paid more, got more and again, they felt no compunction to be rash. I busted out somewhere in there and didn't rebuy.
I remember thinking the the structure was a great solution to the LR issues we see at all tourneys with uncomfortably long LR.
Another way to look at it is that is sort of a Satellite to itself. Like I said, it is hard to describe. Kudo's to those who figured it out. The Bike holds the Patent on it I believe.

Is there still a leader board for the ACR on demand Free rolls? I cant find one.
Maybe the rep can guide you. Too many hours of involved play for the split on $10. Know how you feel. Not familiar at all with any ACR MDS promotion through the continuous $10 freerolls. Nothing at CC for that.I meant ACR's leader board for those silly $10 on- demand tournaments. They promote that you can win entry into MDS and another tournament.
I had mixed feelings after beating 800 people and earning $2
meant to say same thing as "pending" not processing in my post but still same question is there problem?
Never got a reply to the QR post. Not that there is a good reply to be had. The QR structure is different from anything anywhere else. The Bike has a lock on it via either patent,or trademark or both. I would think they would like the idea of selling a licence for it.
What does happen is the higher rollers come late. One might think they think they are getting in 'fresh' while everyone else is getting tuckered out. Counter that by thinking it takes a good while to get in the groove, and with all the variations on both those themes, and it probably averages out.
it's so crazy how people can adjust the language, to be so hateful.
it's kinda lime ACR has it's on language.
i bet if it was something productive they wouldn't be so creative

You have to add some MTT'S of $ 1- $ 2 in the mix.
Check out the info buttons at the top of each page. :ahhhhh:

EDIT: Okay now it says "Pre-Approved" ...So I guess I will just wait and see.
I'd like some feedback on 1/2NLH HU played on this site by US players. IE cash outs and anything else that would help my decision
