Thanks for the suggestion but I'm still having problems. I think the reason is my cpu is just too old. It runs Windows XP and was made in 2002. I'll just have to deal with it until I can get a new one someday. Thanks for your post. I learned a little bit more than I knew previously, so that's always a plus.

I agree. Old tech with a discontinued operating system. I have 3 of those sitting around here. I even have 2 from 1988. None of today's software could even be loaded on those. I have some old school games on them that work great.

Glad I was at least able to give you some idea of a direction to go in.

Oh, I understand, yeah our application doesn't run on Windows XP. But you can play our application via Mobile. Click the following link https://www.americascardroom.eu/ on your phone or tablet and then log in as you normally do. We only have Jackpots and SitnGos at the moment, but very soon we will add more games.

I guess that matter we PM'd, what happened, I detailed what Eduard said and you have a recording? I brought up an issue of misconduct to him and a he as a manager goes beyond misconduct and called me something, I asked for it to be investigated internally by you folks. Or would you prefer I do it?

When I log on every time the pop up appears there is a script issue I have to press many times "yes" to make it disappear.

I still get Double or Nothing pop after a tournament I'm cashing even though I have it unchecked in control settings, why and please fix.

Hand for hand play 3 players out of the money is taking way too long it should be one hand out of the money.

I would prefer not to do pm's with you as they didn't work before so anything you have to say to me (or not) can be out in the open here.

Payment methods, time frames, other factors like depositing before withdrawal are insulting. I do not care what some other companies do. You want people to trust ACR and provide every bit of their personal information yet you folks are elusive to who you are where is your exact physical address. I would, and other people would like the casino, racetrack, online trading money transferring experience, money in and money out, quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Time is up on this issue, modern technology of transferring funds can be done in nanoseconds. All you hear is bitcoin and the like no one even knows who invented it, what happened to cash and banks, wires, checks, ach's, how about opening a bank account in every country you do business with players for quicker transfers? How about figuring it out because you love deposits, withdrawals not so much but we do, or at least I do until others start speaking up.

Hello! The TB's can't be used for Re-enters. But, you can use them for the following week.

After talking with Jeff from CardsChat I have more to suggest and say. The drivers license will be no problem as I intend to change it over anyway. What if you do not or can't drive? A state issued ID should also be good for verification in that circumstance. Either of those should alone be good enough without the utility bill. There are also other thing just as good as a utility bill such as bank statements, letters from the state(such as a letter for EBT food stamps, or anything mailed to your address. Like I said these should not be necessary as a drivers license or state ID should alone be enough to prove where you live. Please pass these suggestions along to the appropriate department. Completely agree with you. It is nice that they will honor multiple tickets over time but the fact that you can't use them as needed doesn't make much sense.

Don't close it you won't get back in. I was on as well but could not get deposit page to open so I closed client and then could not get back in to poker, also the website will not open.
