Hello,it turns out that if I did not make the Deposit and I have the money in the account.. for example ACR won Freerolls or I just transferred to the account of the person the money then I can withdraw them to any of these unbound purses?
Do I need to fill a certain rake for this account needs to be confirmed?

Hello, any winnings that you have doesn't matter if you won them on a freeroll or tournaments when you need to do a cashout, there will be an amount of rake that you need to generate before you do the withdrawal.


So, how much is the minimum rake I need to generate before cashing out?


This amount can vary and will depend on the type of games you play and the amount you have deposited or received from a transfer

Can i sign up to another WPN skin using the same email im using for ACR?

Also, if so, Can both Clients be open, Not playing the same tournament, but lets say I want to play a Freeroll on BCP and a 3 dollar tourney on ACR at the same time, is that possible?

I have some problems and some request about ACR:

1- Sometimes when my internet gets disconnected and im multi tabling when i logging back one of the tables will be frozen for ever, at first i didn't realize this and it cost me to lose all my chips in a tournament.

2-Sometimes after i take an action and switch to another table the last one keep blinking yellow and i go back and its not my turn again, that really bothers me.

3-We need to be able to customize our betting buttons.

Hello, I already received the response from the Supervisor, he said that he checked the hand ID and he did not find any unusual behavior or something related. Both ones had the same cards with different suits. (split-pot)

It's not about the outcome of the hand. It's about the actions on the river. How come nobody at ACR understands this. Can you guys not see that nobody in their right mind would call off they're whole stack on the river with no pair? They had 8 high. How can you call off your whole stack unless you know that you have the same hand as your opponent. It's cool. If you guys are this dumb and can't see what happened then I don't want my money to be anywhere around y'all

Hello! I appreciate your preference. Don't worry you do not need to do a deposit to be able to cash out. Just keep in mind we ask for some documents before you do a cash-out.


What documents do I need to submit to certify my account with?
You need to send us:


A scanned image of the front side of your Driver's license.
A recent utility bill under your name
Plus, if you deposited with a credit card:


Signed Authorization form
Copy of the card (s) used to deposit
