Could you please tell me in specific which tournaments you want to add satellites so I can suggest them to the Tournament Department.

Tournament ID: 8063678 $2k Omaha Tournament

But in generally would you not reduce overlays, offer more opportunity for big wins, and collect more rake if you offered satellites to all tournaments over $24 buy-in?? Because you need $3,750 bankroll to play these tournaments.

Thank you very much, I sent this comments to the Tournament department so they can analyze this possibility. I appreciate that you took the time to post each tournament information.

Can the tournament department offer an explanation as to why tournaments above $20 buy-in all should have sats. to them????

Why, ACR Rep, why?

My settings for my seat, Avatar, cards, table color scheme, animations, chat, etc. are all SAVED.

Close the client. Open again the next day and they are all still there.

Why in the hell does the table size get deleted every time I close the poker client even though I saved it :questionm

I tell it to save that size for ALL of my tables. As long as I do not log off and close, it works. The very second I log off and close then my table size setting is deleted.

I find myself having some success on ACR thus spending more time playing there. But I have 2 major gripes.

The table size removal thing and the fact you do not offer regular double up and triple up SnG's. Tried the 2.0 BS once and am done with it forever.

Thought I would mention these things but I have 0 expectations that anything positive will change because of it. Most folks get no satisfaction from poker site customer service types.

If I have no expectations of anything good happening then my disappointment will also be very low when nothing is done to remedy these irritations.

I thank you for at least taking the time to read this, consider it and maybe pass it along.

:congrats:

Hello, for the table size preference, you are right, I sent this suggestion to the department in charge.

Regarding the Double // Triple up SnG`s, DoN`s were replaced by the Jackpots and 2.0 tournaments and have been a great success, however, Ill be more than glad to escalate this feedback also to the upper management for their consideration.

Satellites are usually offered to the major tournaments that ran through the day.

THANKS for passing those along. I did not like the 2.0 SnG's. I do not like lotteries or games designed with lottery elements built into them. A lot of folks do.

I would think offering both would be more conducive to customer satisfaction. Different strokes for different folks. :D

Thanks again. Now I just wait and see.

change your algorithm so late entries don't win every first hand they shove or get dealt the top 5 hands every time. just ridiculous.
im getting used to you rewarding bad plays for americans. maybe one day the luck may go my way when i have them dominated. i am still waiting though.

Pretty sure it happens to Americans also. :D Like me, for example.

Amen, MadMurkin. Seems all those tests on the RNG's need testing. First thing you get to ignore are any true odds of improvement for big hands vrs trash.

Still, good vrs bad starting hands is the way to go. All you need is luck and then the good hands hold up.

Hard to improve skills when 62 off keeps busting your AA or KK. 22 should not win more often than about 150-1 roughly. Cards at this level seem to win half the time, maybe more for all-ins. Keeps the newbies coming back. Just have to survive.

GL and God bless. :icon_puke :2in1:

starting to get really tired of the site to be honest. no real poker is able to be played when americans keep calling my allin shoves and hit with their acerag, k3 off or jtoffsuit. Brilliant work ACR, keep rewarding those bad plays as you do. Maybe one time next year, you can turn off your crap algorithm that rewards fish all day for bad calls and I might actually stay in chip lead which is where I am every tourney but once you get there ACR take them away from you with pathetic bad beat after bad beat after bad beat after bad beat after bad beat. If it was one, yer okay, two, okay I am running bad, but to go from 1st to out in 4 hands is a joke, especially when you are in front everytime and lose to 4%'ers that are obviously 40% on ACR. Over It!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try not going all in before the flop or turn. Then you can gauge how strong you still are by the play of others and the cards that help them and hurt you. Even with AA your odds say you get beat 3 out of 4 tries all in from start depending on number of callers.

Adapt and survive. You already know what is happening. Adjust... You know the RNG will come back to you, eventually. :D

As you can see here, iTech Labs has confirmed the reliability and security of the random number generator (RNG) that the Winning Poker Network uses to shuffle cards on its online poker site, showing the solution meets or exceeds best practices in generating unpredictable and statistically random values for dealing cards.

You can check this on our website and also here is the certification.

From Q&A at ITech Labs site:

What is independent testing and certification?

iTech Labs is a wholly Australian owned testing company based in Melbourne, Australia with wholly owned subsidiaries in Europe. We are not owned by and do not have any interest in any gaming company. Our accreditation by the gaming Jurisdictions is subject to maintaining professional competence, integrity and independence in our work. Each client's work is treated with complete confidentiality. Police checks and credit checks have been conducted for all consultants working for iTech Labs.

What is collusion testing?

Multi-player games have a potential weakness - if several players around a table are able to see each other's cards (in a card game say), they may have enough information to unfairly compete against the other players in the same table. casinos and poker rooms employ a variety of collusion prevention and detection mechanisms. A typical collusion prevention mechanism is to prevent players from the same network sitting at the same table. We check what you have implemented and what is required by the gaming jurisdiction.

Which certifications do you offer?

If your RNG (and scaling) have passed our tests, we provide RNG certification. This includes a logo for RNG certification, linked certificate and hotlinked original certificate.
If your RNG and games have passed our tests, we provide RNG & Game certification. This includes a logo for RNG and games certification, linked certificate and hotlinked original certificate.
If we audit the actual RTP/RNG of your games (from server logs), we provide a RTP/RNG audit certification. This includes a logo for RTP/RNG audit, linked audit report and hotlinked original audit report.

If your platform has passed our tests, we provide platform certification. If your games have passed integration tests, we provide integration certification.

I am a player. Can I check whether cards dealt are random?

Yes you can. If you analyse all the cards dealt to you (without omitting any card), you can see whether the cards are uniformly distributed over the range 1 to 52. The distribution becomes more even as the number of cards is increased. So please make sure that you have captured sufficient number of cards and not omitted any card in between. 2,000 cards is a good number to start with. The same approach is possible for dice and ball games. Please see our RNG audit reports to see results of such analysis.

All games tested by iTech Labs have game history/logs for real money games. It is possible to collect information about cards/dice/balls from the game history/logs.

Feel free to check it out on your on at the link provided by the ACR rep or google "ITech Testing RNG".

GL and God bless.

ROFL.........AA vs a8offsuit which do u think wins for 200 big blind pot?
flopped trips vs 910offsuit who do u think wins?
UTG raises on k7offsuit, i 4bet it eventually to 16x on kk, goes allin as yanks do, guess who wins?
have hundreds of these beats a day and i only play about 4 tourneys a day. interesting u say random when it seems to happen on a regular basis. dont see nothing random about it to be honest.
as i said im getting quite over the bad beats. i can handle a few here and there but everyday over and over again for months on end? yer real random hey.
reward those yank fish like u do they deserve it.

yep real quality hands like these:
enable2shyne on ACR calls off 100 bigs on k7, guess who wins
same brilliant yank player calls 2 hands later 50 bigs allin on a5, guess who wins
yer real random, best hand loses everytime to pathetic calls by pathetic players...............everytime without fail. tested this out, ended up rebuying 17 times as everytime it rewards the dumb yank callers on k3 offsuit k7 jt wateva, u name it its worth calling down 1000000000 bigs if ur american. and to think i thought the game was poker not lotto. obviously yanks have a different view.
