[ACR Rep]

Our next #OSSCub3d was scheduled for December, but we’ve received several requests from members asking for it sooner.

Please post in this thread to let us know if we should move it up to August!

ACR please update your site. I feel it's very bland and dated. I love that you can play in the US with it, but it just doesn't feel user friendly. it would draw more traffic if it were updated.

Sure you can search games by specific date and find see the tables with money up or down from it but what use is it; if it doesn't show the bankroll amount at that specific time also? This is useful for the purpose in that when you go play a session of blackjack or any other casino table game to see the money line wobble based on those sessions play. There is no account for the history of play in conjunction to the bankroll, why this is important is because when i start a session for the day and come up money and then want to see my roll its less then what im thinking and im like i know i started today with and after money won on the session its not where it should be there should be some account or record i could refrence to see why the money line isnt scammed from in small or part or even if a true computer glitch/error causes a non addition of monies properly. I then could see that. But I cant' we all cant' see the money line in a true sesnse because all those transactions that they give you dont have your bankroll amount next to it and showing how it adjusted for that game result. There is no proper accounting for a company based on money lines lol seems straight up ridiculous if you think about it.

well, you could do your own accounting, its not hard.

Thank you for adding the Avatars ACR, any plan to introduce more? I like what you have added so far as i currently enjoy using the cave man. the only reason i use that 1 is cause it's the only avatar that is taunting the enemy with an attack, like i'm jabbing at them... cause i am.

Good to know that AFTER i ask about the Capitol Card and when im supposed to be getting im then told theres a $25 fee to get it because its the cost of the PLASTIC!!! And then $5 a month to use....Nothing like trying to fleece your players for everything you can. Will be looking for a new site for sure thats not trying to steal money for insane reasons LIKE THE COST OF THE PLASTIC!!!

We’re going to be changing the $1k Cage (August 27th) and $5k Cage (September 6th) tournaments and would like your feedback with what tournaments you think we should put in their place.

I canceled it...I asked 3 times if there were any other fees than the $5 per month associated with the card and was told NO--then i find out today theres a $25 fee for making it...Now im trying to figure out bitcoin and and ACR rep gave me a site to try I cant even use....so hopefully i can find a legit way and site to get my funds and continue to play on ACR if not i will cashout and move back to BOL..

It seems like MAC users are getting the shaft. The Hand History feature has been disabled for at least the past 6 weeks maybe longer I'm not sure.

Is there any progress on this? I am unable to use my Poker Co-Pilot HUD because of this issue.

Hi, the tickets do not expire but keep in mind that the WSOP will end. So, once the WSOP ends, we will have other special tournaments for you to be able to use those tickets.

They are still fixing it, what I recommend you is the following:

1. Download an emulator for windows so you can use the ACR for windows.

2. Contact CS department so they can provide you the hand histories you need.
