Nope, I am with Windows 7 and I've got latest IE installed. It's strange, because I am able to put notes at Spin&Go Events and can't at the Added tournament. When I started to play I've got the same problem with Spin&Go, but after I wrote here and after your assistance:
The problem was resolved for Jackpot Spin&Go. Now I've got the same problem for the added tournament.

Cashing out on ACR
Which is the better option? Most will say bitcoin( i have never used them and have no idea what they can be used for)...i know they have a debit card...curious if anyone has ever used this method? The rest cash, bank wire, etc. seem to be common throughout...

For the life of me I can;t find where the on demand freeroll leader board is located.
I would like to look at the board and see who's where and the number of points but am not able to find any link to it on the sites software. Searches on google etc are no help either.
So wanting to see the leaderboard what do I do?

Hi, I sent the report to the IT department. There are several players that have the same issue. The IT department is currently working on this matter. Do not worry about the points because the system is counting them, at this moment they don't have a specific time frame but I know for sure it would be fixed this week. Once I have an update I will let you know.

I just wanted to post this in a forum, I am not sure that I liked this from one of your security people.
OK, I Emailed security with details of micro-stakes chip dumping and collusion, I gave security names, hand numbers, detailed notes of exactly what was happening. So after 2 or 3 days of no response, What happens?? My account was suspended?? I could not believe it. ACR suspended my account. I got on the phone with security and they told me it was because of my E=mail. Now this issue had been addressed verified and approved a month before and yet my account was suspended. So anyway I have to change E-mails to get my account re-opened, I was told their was an investigation ongoing and I would be notified of the findings that day?? Well that has been over 2 weeks ago, have not received anything from ACR security. Oh and by the way, I have been on a vicious downswing ever since I brought this to ACR's attention. This is why so many people are afraid of online poker.

No The issue was that I wrote an E-mail to ACR about game play that was suspect. I presented details and just like you , security labeled me as I guess a customer who wants to be treated fairly. I was a big cheerleader for ACR, I even convinced a few of my friends to move to ACR. I have never felt so disrespected by an organization in my life. All because I felt that players were angle shooting. I will keep my account there because of Cardschat Events but this is a pretty sad day for me.

I understand you, we totally appreciate the report you sent. But the issue with the email address wasn't associated with the report, we do care about the security of our players so that's why our security department asked you to do all those steps. I'm really sorry if you felt that way and all this misunderstanding, I appreciate your preference with us.
