Looks like the camera sells regularly for between $550 and $600 on ebay and the kid will like the new balls. Certainly not the most optimal use of points but with no RB hit (haha mother ****ers!) it's not horrible.

Odds that this stuff actually ships?? Or if it does that I get the camera? Most likely get nothing but getting the ****ing balls and no camera wouldn't surprise me a bit.

It sounds too much like a disclaimer and that they are absolving themselves of responsibility for the funds. The words NOT and POKERSTARS are in upper case in the email lol. I cancelled the transaction and will try to get my funds off both sites when I am in the UK in 2 weeks. Joe has a UK bank account I can withdraw to - or I will open a neteller account there.

Just tried to log into FT and was told an update was needed, I clicked in download and was told it couldnt be downloaded and to try again later, I have just downloaded the software from fulltilt.co.uk and It downloaded fine, thanks No Brainer, as least I can finish my Take2 now, feel sorry for all out US players tho this is just a sick joke

That all sounds good Dorkus - but I'm not sure if it still applies when a company is being charged with money laundering and fraud. Unless monies deposited instantly gets deposited to a trust fund (highly unlikely) then everyones monies has sure gone through the same procedure of going through one of the dodgy payment processors at some point and all funds and assets the U.S goverment have a right to put on hold as far as I know? I'd imagined funds are constantly being thrown from pillar to post all around the world to different payment processors of some kind and most likely everyones money as been through it.

As for the unlikely events - I agree with most of them, the illegal ones - well I guess any of the illegal activities are possible now considering what they have been charged with.

Nice post though regardless, it would be nice for the Americans if that is the case but I'm not so sure..

Even if what you assume is true (I don't think it is) only people from the US have gone through dodgy processors, nobody else needed to, my bank sends/receives money directly with Pokerstars.

i found out the hard way that firefox and google chrome would not let me install full tilt poker because it wasnt authentic, even form .co.uk, nad hte update would not install from .com, but luckily i opened up good 'ol internet explorer and it seems to run fine now.

Actually it's probably LESS likely now that the US govt get there hands on your wins/losses for tax purposes. Had legislation gone through that would have almost certainly been the case but now FTP/Stars have zero reason to comply with any requests the government has. I'm actually pretty pissed that I just sent my tax return in yesterday morning with my winnings claimed. Had this happened prior I would not have claimed them.

Well, since I just got certified as a lawyer's assistant, which involves doing legal research, I guess now instead of avoiding working on my resume by playing poker I will waste my time putting together a lengthy brief to send to my state representatives asking they include online poker as one of the legalized gambling activities in my state (Florida).

Interesting thing I found out is that I can legally bet on the dogs or horses online in Florida because I can drive ten minutes to our local greyhound track and do so in person. Since there is a "high-stakes" poker room attached to said greyhound track, it follows that I should be allowed to also play poker online legally.

I wonder if including this brief in my resume would land me a job???

Its so funny you say that considering i just recently placed a wager at derby lane. I think im joining by making some calls. I mean its crazy that i can bet on dogs and horses online, but i can't play poker online.
