This is very important. Many players struggle to go back down as you call it. Perhaps it is mainly an ego issue. But scaling down is a sound choice. The “problem” is if you play high stakes. If you i.e. play NL1000 it is not optimal to have less than 30 buy-ins due to variance. Hence, you should only play at PokerStars. They have been the market leader for twenty years. Today GG Poker is bigger due to a sudden growth. I do not trust this site.
