I would never gamble with a friend. You take a good friend with you to a casino. The casino is about a - hour drive from home and you are your friend's only ride. You end up being seated at the same $2-$5 cash table.
About two hours into the game, you have almost doubled your stack! You friend isn't doing nearly as well. He is on his 3rd buy-in and drunk. To make matters worse, the competitiveness he has always had is kicking in and every time you (and it seems to be only you) have a hand and raise, he shoves. Considering the situation, you end up folding three or four times, and your game starts to be affected. This isn't fun anymore.
You decide it's time to leave, but your friend absolutely refuses. What would you do in this situation?

if he categorically refuses to leave, I would have to stay with him until the endYou take a good friend with you to a casino. The casino is about a - hour drive from home and you are your friend's only ride. You end up being seated at the same $2-$5 cash table.

The looks you'd get running through a casino in Februry yelling that would be priceless - to say the least! If I were not having fun and more I would leave the table, but I would suggest going home. I would be vocal, and try and joke about how much money they are giving me
You used the term friend in this question so I would know that there would be open communication beforehand about being at the same table and there would be 0 "negative emotions" about one person winning even if the other is losing. I would also assume we had a plan if someone got a little more drunk than the other. Like a safety word, when it is time to leave.
In closing lol "BANNNAAANNNAAA HAMMOCK" would be heard throughout the casino...we would get our coats and leave. (assuming coats too Canada can get chilly)
