I don't have any superstitions and honestly I don't believe that it will help to win a tournament. If it ever happened to someone it must be a pure coincidence
Well, on showdown when I was far ahead I used to (not anymore) ask gently before river "please, don't". Sometimes it helped.
Also I don't use any merch/objects as a talisman or something. So that's it lol.
I do not have poker superstitions or lucky charms because i do not trust to much in such things. It is quite nice if somebody has such things and there is a story about these things but while playing online poker i dont really believe in this stuff.
I have some chips at home and when I'm in a big tournament I take the chips and shuffle them, as if I were at a real poker table. It makes me feel more connected to the tournament. As I go along, I shuffle more and more.
I don't have any particular superstition in poker. But sometimes I have a feeling that I'm in a lucky day. It works most of time, but maybe because I start to play more confident an better.
I don't have any special rituals or superstitions. But I do have some preliminary preparation for the game. Before the game, I try to get a good night's sleep, have a good dinner and make sure I go for a walk. This is actually my daily routine and preparation for the game
Haha, lucky socks? I don't really like that stuff. I'm more of a "use whatever's clean" type of person. But I have a little thing I do before a big poker game. It is actually not a superstition, but rather a ritual. I always have a cup of coffee before sitting at the table. It helps me focus and get in the zone.
I love the story about the Mattiebumpo coin. It's cool how something so simple can mean so much to someone. He is like a little piece of her father with her and reminds her to stay strong and calm. That's really special.
