I don't hate cash games, as such, I'm just no good at grinding them, although I do go back to them now and again, but I really don't do that well at them.
You're playing 6-max right? I've been adapting it to FR and once I stopped triple barreling quite as much and started limiting myself to 1 or 2 bluff shoves on the river per session things have gone much better!

Yes, 6max - lol, I agree it neeeds to be toned down a bit for FR - and I admit that I've been too chicken to try the river bluff shove much (3 barreling is fun though!!!).
It was a big help to me though to start thinking of FE as "steal equity", and to view 3/4 betting in the context of that and villain types. I'm still working on my 3bet ranges against types, but I'm having fun opening up my game there.
I also don't swear as much when I see I got 3bet by J6s (obviously my fold to 3bet % is a little too high
