Hello, can you share opinion Is it valuable to pick "cashout" if you have 18-19% preflop( Qq vs Kk or 99 vs Aa) or 4.5% of winning by 1 cardAwesome! Glad you are here, hope you learn lots here!
Hello! I am not sure I understand the question entirely I am sorry. You would rather run for the hole pot if possible w/ 4 to 1 fav! Better to get the full value then just go all in and get the fold. Think about getting 80% on your money! You would take that all day.Hello, can you share opinion Is it valuable to pick "cashout" if you have 18-19% preflop( Qq vs Kk or 99 vs Aa) or 4.5% of winning by 1 card
I am about taking cashout in cash games when you are going preflop all in with 18% probability of winning when cards are shown. And postflop all in situation when only 1 card helps(4.5%)Hello! I go all in when it's a spot that the book (what the charts say) is a mandatory all in! Then I will deviate and make exploitative plays against my opponents when I believe that is able to be done! Knowing the right spots is a good way to start then you can adjust game plans from there.Jeff, What is a good example of a situation that you will go all-in.Thankyou
Not sure what the exact avg would be. This can depend a lot of variables including if staked or not or their own money. Also if they are purely professional poker player or have other sources of income. I know for me personally I kind of just eased into it, I didn't start w/ a set bankroll. I basically deposited a small amount ran it up and sold pieces along way or would be staked even at times depending on the game size and situation.Jeff, I would like to know, if you can speak of course: What is the average bankroll of a professional player? $ 10 / 20k?, Make withdrawals from the profits, and leave in the account only what they will always use?
When you say loosely I think you mean comfortably. The buy in questions are always difficult as lot of other factors come in to play. Also cash or tournaments? Is that your bankroll and done for good poker if doesn't work? Or would be a temporary reset or drop stakes? Just hard to really work it and know on these. But would need more buy ins then that to be comfortable.Jeff, say: what is the smallest amount of buy in to be able to play loosely?
20/30 x is the buy-in amount enough?
Late in tournaments really depends on your stack size & what the table is allowing you to do. Taking some risk down the stretch can pay off big dividends to leverage your stack on final table bubbles & at meaningful pay jumps. It is much better to take 1-3 sometime sand bust earlier sometimes then take many 8-20th's!Hi Jeff. What is the best way to play later in the tournament?
I try to handle bad runs same as good runs, keeping my attitude as close to the center of hte fairway as I can! Not getting to cocky if I win a tournament or have a good score but also not get too upset if have a bad stretch. Mentality is so key!Hello Jeff. How do you handle your big downswings?
