Regarding the call pre, the opener only has 40bb and the fish is going to just play fit or fold post. Most of the time we flop anything with our hand we're going to be playing for the rest of the shorties stack with a draw while the big stacked fish sits on the sidelines not putting any more money in the pot. It's not horrendous or anything but with the stack sizes involved I doubt the call is profitable.Well, pre seems kinda whatever to me - fish cold calls so I don't mind hopping in for only another 1.5bb.
