I promised some good Omaha spew. Here's one that I found while doing some hand review. Not even the worst, I am sure, but pretty bad.

This hand KK42r is NOT a hand I expect in this players range. It's pretty terrible, even for the original open from the CO, but it's especially terrible for calling a 3-bet. Oh well, just because he played poorly doesn't mean I played any better.

This hand really isn't a 3-bet hand, especially when it's going to leave me with an SPR > 4. I accomplish nothing with this bet, aside from inflating the pot OOP. It was already going to be heads up. And, despite how pretty this hand might have looked at the time, these aren't great aces.
Flop: (21.5 BB, 2 players)
Hero bets 15 BB, CO calls 15 BB
I don't hate this lead on this specific flop. This is probably the one bet that I like. It might be a hair too big, but this board is rainbow and shouldn't hit a huge amount of a 15% PFR's range. With very few draws or strong hands, I should get a fair number of folds here.
Turn: (51.5 BB, 2 players)
Hero bets 36.7 BB, CO raises to 113.1 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 76.4 BB
This is pure madness! The bet might not be horrible, although it's larger than it needs to be, but even considering calling the raise is suicide. If he had some sort of rundown like 9876, he got there. If he's got something like k:dd then I am in horrible shape. Any set has me crushed. Even random Ad:dd (ace high flush draws) have 51% equity against me. Any two pair hands are killing me. Heck, unless it's a complete bluff, I am dead here. What's more, it's a large bet. I only need 28% equity to call, which I might have against some of his hands, but having the right equity to call here only means I made a mistake earlier.
