Folding is the best play against an unknown here. If you're 4-betting, what size are you 4-betting?

Sure, yw. I hope there's something there that can help. It's not one of the easier topics to discuss in forums.
55 set hand. I shoved turn and he foldedSame hand as above almost. MW on the flop, call. Turn he's still betting there, you need to be raising.
Do You play seriously or proffesionally? All good, I appreciate that. Yea, most things I want to discuss fall into the category of "not one of the easier topics to discuss in forums."
I get coached and study more than most people work, it's just hard to apply the knowledge for some reason.
Plus with the amount that I put into poker a lot of it goes in and doesn't get absorbed so that could be a problem as well.
Heck, probably over half of the stuff I know... I can't even use..... I catch myself Leveling A LOT... is that a common problem? or one that's easily fixed?

very bad reg. I'm not sure about this call though. his shove is bluffy but at the same time it looks for protection. think the call is a bit too loose
I play seriously. Not professionally. I have a job. I'm a quality technician for an orthopedic company. I do however make on average around 30-40% of what my salary at my company is per year playing 1/3 and 2/5 cash games Live. I have decided to start adding some $150+ buy in tourneys live to my reg. schedule and hopefully will make some deep runs in a few and get to the point where I can pad my roll and have some results to get my name out and help with staking purposes. So that I can stop working for the company and work for myself.
For now though it's constant study, challenges, goals, and saving.

Thought I'd share this here - as I am very proud of myself. I am posting another graph of mine - this one, though, is entirely from PLO. I begun learning this game some time ago, but only now (starting late September) decided to play rather seriously. The number of hands is tiny, because I am mostly 2-tabling. However, I am focusing on the quality of my play rather than quantity.
Since the beginning of my study year I have not had too much time to play, so PLO appears to be the game for me now, as the site on which I play does not have too much action on it anyhow.
I hope you enjoy looking at this as much as I do, haha.
