Hero?

I wouldn't typically c/c on this kind of flop against this kind of opponent. I'd lean more towards just VB. You can at least also push out their really small pairs a % of the time also. A normal reg, I like c/cing here better since their range will be wider and they will bet wider also.

As played, I like the turn lead, and yes, bluff river. About $10 would be my range.

It looks great, I don't play any of the supported sites though!
Get it to work with 888Pacific and or Pokerstars and you'd have my 30 bucks.
Good to see some competition to the HM2/PT4 monopoly.
I have some idea how much time, effort and outlay you've put into this I really hope it works out for you.

We combined some of our existing code from other projects, and then built the whole framework for it. But yes, it took some time of course. I have a great team. We all work really well together, like a well oiled machine... seriously.

And yes, eventually we'll add support for other sites.

Is this separate software to HEM/Pokertracker, i.e. competitor.

If so what will happen to Leakbuster, will thet be still with HoldemManager or will it be transferred to the new software once up and running

Yes. And Leak Buster will remain in HM2 for some time. We ended contract w/ them over 5 months ago. We will also be developing a stand alone version and a drivehud compatible leak buster version.

Leak Buster is going through an interface overhaul right now. We'll have stand alone versions of it available. But for now, nothing has changed and it will remain compatible w/ HM2.

I don't see much option but to call him down the way he was playing. He just gave everything he won from me with the straights away.
This could go on for a long time as there were numerous hands with this guy. I ended the night $4 up having been down $80 then up $30 before he ducked out.

Nh. Well played. Depending how crazy they are, shoving the flop is also an option. But I like the call w/ plan of getting it in on the turn.

Just c/c the flop. The guy is aggressive so just let him bluff. As played, if you're going to bet, then bet a little more on the flop. I think based on his stats and your info, the turn and river you have to call him down on reasonable bets.

Hero?
Bet fold? or check call/fold depending on sizing?
Bet fold doesn't make sense to me here as it's difficult to see what worse calls unless we bet very small and if we open ourselves to be bluffed.

Probably just a fold preflop tbh but the fish in the pot makes it enticing to call, but here he's too short. Deffo not playing without the fish in the pot. MP1 looks like your average bad reg. Flop and Turn sizing could be 2/3 as well rather than half.

With that aggression, c/f river. Doubt he turns Jx or better into a bluff often enough to justify c/c. B/f, there's really only 89 that is worse that makes even half sense, and there's not anything better than make sense that you could bluff out.

Nice... well done. Are there any hands from the sweat session we did the other day that we want to review. I know David tagged several.

I hate this spot. I never know what to do. Fold? Call? Raise?

Yeah I hate these as well. Because the button is 11/5 in 38 I'd lean towards a fold but against a loose/aggro player I'd call.
There are KJs and AJs of clubs which can raise here that we beat but they have great equity against us. Maybe even AJos AQs and other flush draws might raise here so we need to call those players capable of raising their draws.
The key is the turn if he bets the turn again after having bought himself a free card then it's an easy hand to fold if he bets.
If he has the high flush draw most will pot control and take the free turn card when drawing. Most sets will probably continue to pound on the turn looking to set up the all in on the river.
Obviously we fold if any club comes or any ace or king.
If rags come turn and river and he checked the turn I'm probably calling most rivers.

38 hands isn't enough to really know who we are up against.

I'd probably raise again and GII on flop/turn. Our villain didn't 3bet us pre so KK or AA is out.

Soon as we can put other cards out there other than JJ 22 66 I think we pretty much have to go with it. Draws are out there. Ac Jc will def play this line as well.

So the point is I think we too short sighted thinking our opponent only has a set or 2pair here when raising us on the flop.

I probably bet 6.5-7 on the flop, and fold to the raise. Since you have the Qc, AcQc, a realistic cold calling button hand for someone who is 11/5 is out. So you'd be left with KcJc and AcJc. Doubtful he's doing it enough of the time with AJo or KJo. Naked flushes like 8c9c would call here most of the time in position and take advantage of the good pot odds instead of trying to push two people out of the pot. So I think it's a good fold if you made it, as I can't see you being better than a 40/60 dog here at 5nl.
