Firstly, skills, secondly, of course, a bit of luck, because without it the best player will lose.

What are your thoughts on this?
Earlier, several years ago, I thought that the ratio of skill to luck was 80/20. Now I think, and even more, I am convinced that this ratio is 50/50. Without luck, even if you are 100 percent skilled and experienced, unfortunately nothing will work.

I think it's a lot more skill, as you play you'll gain more experience and learn more about the game's tricks.

When playing online, the role of dexterity is greater, since the machine divides according to an algorithm.Live, the role of luck is greater.

I think a little bit of both, otherwise it would be impossible.

In my opinion both. Of course skill is more important than luck, but in poker in any moment you’ll need the luck factor too.

I would say it's a mixture, but more skill than luck as good players tend to be successful over the long run. So luck isn't the biggest factor, or everyone would just win randomly and there could be no professional poker players who obviously use their skill to win.

Bit of both.
More luck than skill.
River can topple what can be thought to be a guaranteed win.

Was at a loss as to what happened until I seen it again. Not fair.

Good morning everyone, to be one of the best poker players in the world you need above all skills, as well as above average technical knowledge.
You see, there are players who have won the wsop title several times, obviously luck has nothing to do with a game that involves technical knowledge and skill.
So does this mean that luck has nothing to do with poker?
Luck has a small percentage compared to other factors, you have to have a bit of luck to win the All ins.

What are your thoughts on this?
Poker is obviously a matter of luck and skill. It is difficult to talk about the ratio, because this proportion changes, but in general, if we are talking about a long-term perspective, then I think that the skill of the player to his luck is about 70/30.

Poker is all skill, luck is an fundamental element of the game's function. No difference to football.

What are your thoughts on this?
There are many reasons to be successful in poker.

It's not just about skill or luck.

To play daily and make a living from this you must have:

Discipline
Tilt management
Routines
Physical and mental exercises
Good nutrition
Good rest
game study
Downswing management
Understand that you have to play for your bankroll
Don't think about growing the bank, but think about growing in the game because the bank will come in addition.
Manage your environment, so that outside problems do not enter your game.

And much more.....

Greetings:):):)

What are your thoughts on this?
It's no use having skill, not having patience, it's no use being lucky, not knowing how to take advantage of it, in reality it's a set, knowledge, skill, patience and luck

Poker is a combination of luck and skill. Luck plays a role in the dealing of cards, but skill in analyzing situations, making decisions, and managing risks is also crucial.

What are your thoughts on this?
Skills and luck :)
In my opinion, the ratio of skill to luck is 70-30%. In the long run, skill is more important in my opinion, but luck will always make adjustments.
