Since the answers are already in the thread now - it makes more sense if you want to jump in to explain why any of your answers might be different from the ones given. :)

Or to give input to support your decision that someone else may feel differently about.

Great post c9 - I think you've really tapped into some important ideas around tournament play. The problem of the two jacks (sounds like a Sherlock Holmes tale) emphasises what short stack and bubble play is all about in a STT.

I ran a few similar hands through Pokerstove: KsKc v Ad6d and JsJc v Ad2d. What would the decision be here as to whether we want the villain to fold? In the first we have a much stronger hand than JJ and the second they have a weaker kicker, so is it a closer call? No, in both cases we are worse off because with kings we have fewer straights available and with A2 they have more. We are still in the 67% territory but it is a sobering thought - so next time you all-in steal with A6s and get called by KK think yourself lucky they didn't turn over JJ.
