Reds shutout the Marlins on Opening Day... also signed Votto to a long term deal and on the verge of signing Brandon Phillips to a similar deal...Gonna be a great year in the Nati! No Pujols for the Cards, no Fielder for the Brewers and of course the Cubs and Astros are hopeless.... We got this!:D

I love seeing the Yanks in such a hole...The Shmets always start the year good...it's closing out the season that's the problem...I'm simply hoping for a .500 season for the Mets and The RedSox & Rays over the Yankees this postseason...that would be a great year for me

At this point in the season, I will take comfort in the fact that we are a good team on paper and then proceed to burn said paper and stomp on it and say assorted impolite words. Really hoping some of our injured bullpen gets back at it, so Chapman(who has been lights out this year after being about as wild as you can be last year), can take Bailey's spot in the rotation as he has been less than impressive....Not to mention that Chapman as a starter would not only get us some wins, but put butts in the seat mainly at home where we cant even sell out against the hated Cardinals! FFS!

I like the Tigers as well....I followed them ever since the Reds fired Sparky Anderson and the Tigers hired him...I may have to get to a game or two in D-town this year as well... Great team, great park!

Rays James Shields manages to avoid a sweep and grab the 500th win for Joe Madden today against Boston .... man i hope this is our turnaround....after the season gangbuster, sweeping the yanks, we have just plummeted with losses ...on to toronto!

whats gonna happen to the red sox.....can they recover? Is the damage too great for them to apologize and go on? do you think they need to find a more player respectful manager? this valentine needs a young team that's willing to adhere to strict direction.....these old veterans on the Red Soxs team need a bit more respect for their skills.....who will bend? players? valentine? im shaking my head and shrugging shoulders.

Totally blown out of proportion from what i can tell - yes he said he wondered if Youkilis was playing 100% - but in the next sentence he said he had proven to him he was.

Daft to say he had doubts, but then said he didn't have them anymore - no problem imo :)

If the Sox dont want Youkilis anymore, we will take him! He is a hometown boy and he said as recently as last year, he would not mind to end his career here. And for the record, Bobby Valentine is way too big of a jackass to have the respect of pro players. They would be way better off with someone who cares about more than me manager, you player, i speak, you do...no ask questions. Guy was a total douche on Sunday Night Baseball last year as well....I know they wanted a big name, but what they have is a big pain.

Boston is off to a horrible start, but don't count them out...only 10% of a season has been played

It was cool to hear Humber pitched a perfect-o'''

Kemp is gonna be the NL Damaja...

...and look out for Strasburg and the Nats...they're gonna surprise us all
