Let me know how you guys did looking into the umps, if it played somewhat of a difference. Gotta give it a shot cant just see after one or two or three games. I figured two teams with a decent offense, they wont want to come out on their arses.
After viewing the HOF game, I feel the coaches will want to test things that get them in the endzone. If I remember correctly, that game line was set at O/U of 37 or so, and they went over.
With that same line of thought, the recent coaches that came from college (Harbaugh in SF, Carroll in SEA) I'd like to think they still have the 'run up the score' mentality in the preseason. I could see their games being high score as well.
All in all, if your bet is opposite of mine, you're probably in good shape

At least you have some victories under your belt... I just saw DEN go for it on 4th and 1 on SF's 10, and miss it. They've also missed a FG. Throw in 4 TO's and you've got yourself 10 total points deep in the 3rd quarter.

Not a fun day. Looking very forward to the freeroll on bovada, and that became an absolute joke of a game. My first game pays off for today's bet and then my second that I bet the under THEY SCORE 5 RUNS IN THE FIRST INNING. 3 innings in, and they've got 9 total runs, I'm screwed.

I think what gets to be is the payout, I let that affect my wager. I mingle with a wager, much like you bet (pretty much getting 1:1 on my money), and it just doesn't look as enticing as the other bets I've placed. I think I should start doing your style instead... Maybe a $2 even money bet to get $2 back. I'll go with that tonight, maybe I'll pick Atlanta (home vs Philly) and Texas. They seem to be lock winners for today's action...
