The best move the Patriots made was trading away Randy Moss.
Somebody in the Randy Moss is traded thread said something like this the day after the trade
I enjoyed the postgame respect shown by both parties yesterday. The owner, Belechek, Brady all know Moss is a great talent, its just not the way Belechek likes to operate, essentially trying to work a hall of fame reciever into your gameplan every week.
Deion Branch, Brandon Tate, Danny Woodhead, who are these guys ....
I'm so sick of hearing the Cowboys are underachieving. Tony fockin Romo is/was the QB. Undrafted out of Eastern Illinois, did I say Eastern Illinois, and this is the guy they start building the team around 3 years ago. Miles Austin, again, undrafted reciever out of Monmouth, Monmouth???? Let me guess, Mr. Jones gave these guys huge contracts, so funny. And spare me the pro bowl chit, and don't try and blow numbers up my azz. These guys played small college football and weren't drafted for a reason. Yet now they are considered underachievers, please.
Next to Fran Tarkington, Bret Farve is the funnest QB to watch play an NFL game, I'm not saying talented, I'm saying fun to watch. A slinger who can make a miraculous toss one minute and the most boneheaded throw the next. But it has become increasingly painful for me to watch his 41 year old body take these hits, I wish he would just hang them up and go coach HS ball, which he would absolutely love doing, thats the kind of guy he is.
Tonight is the biggest game in the history of the Houston Texans franchise. A chance to take the baton from the lontime AFC South dominate Colts. A win tonight would send them to thier best 7 game start in team history, a 1 game lead in the division, and a season sweep over the aforementioned Colts. Most will say, no way, Colts at home, Peyton Manning, big game, not me, its time, very talented team.
