I think the Hawks are going to get pummelled today by the Knicks. The Hawks lineup looks so raggedy, riddled with COVID and injuries, that I wouldn't expect anything less than a blowout.

My Christmas gift bet:

Knicks -6.5 > Hawks, P+A+R: Bogdanovic O20, Capela O25, Randle O25, Walker O25 @6.0

A lot of moving parts but hopefully this one works out.

One more, with the Suns usually winning at home and facing a slightly depleted Grizzlies,

Suns -6.5 > Grizzlies

I don't think there is any safe bet with COVID. It's best to check on the day of the game to see what the expected starting lineups are. GSW should win easily if at full health. The Utah game might even see GSW get Klay Thompson back. That one will be closer but I still think GSW will win all three.

Unfortunately the Suns couldn't hit their shots tonight and only won by 1, essentially robbing the Grizzlies in the last 7 seconds of the game.

Edit: nope, they lost in the last 0.5 seconds. Amazing.

NBA Monday after Christmas:
Phoenix - Memphis (Score over 219.5 (Score 219.5) 1.70)

Fortunately, it was smooth.

NBA Tuesday:
Orlando - Milwaukee (Less than 215.5 (Score 215.5) 1.83)

For some reason, I think there will be fewer points now, but of course Giannis may be playing the match of his life and times 60 points.

Late, but Lakers, Jazz, and Mavericks for me for tonight. Put in a treble and a single on the Mavericks.

NBA Thursday:
Orlando - Milwaukee (Over 115.5 (A team of 115.5) 1.90)
Washington - Cleveland (Over 104.5 (A team of 104.5) 1.69)
Denver - Golden State (Less than 214.5 (Score 214.5) 1.70)

I think the Bucks can throw 116 points to the incomplete Orlando again.
The Cleveland tip may be tight, but maybe you’ll get 105+ points.
At the game in Denver, you would be surprised if they scored a lot more points than in their previous match.

Ok, good luck for tonight. My bets have been getting blown up recently. Let's see if this does any better:

Warriors vs Nuggets: Curry O25.5 points, Jokic O24.5 points

Nets vs 76ers: Nets win and Nets O110.5

Bucks vs Magic: Bucks win, Bucks O110.5, Giannis O23.5 points

So what I did was put smallish bets of about $3 on each and then a treble for about $3 as well on all of them, so a total return of roughly $50 if I get them all right.

COVID screwed up one of my bets so far, as the Nuggets and Warriors game was postponed. As a result my treble also got screwed up. I think I get refunds for both.. The Bucks game went as planned. The Nets game is a bit too close and I will probably lose that one.

Maybe I should be betting more on random college basketball games ffsIMG 20211231 011010

Also, I didn't get my treble refunded just because the Warriors did not play. I guess I lose because the Nets played and lost. Cool.

Cleveland underperformed but the Bucks outperformed.

Unfortunately, the Denver match was missed.

I look forward to the new year resting today.

Happy New Year to you puzzlefish and everyone! :five:

You are missing out on free money with the Raptors against a Clippers team that has no star players.

Have a good new year's eve and a happy new year!

So, Bulls and Raptors did win but barely. The Bulls won by a buzzer beater and the Raptors were playing atrocious all the way down to the last 2 minutes of the fourth. I still don't understand how the Clippers ended up choking, but this is how the NBA games go.

Today, I have a few small bets that I am hoping will start off 2022 on a positive:

Bucks -5.5 & Bucks O110.5 @ 1.71x combo

Nets -3.5 & Nets O109.5 @ 1.71x combo

Warriors +14.5 & Warriors U118.5 @1.53x combo

The last one might look weird, but Warriors still don't have Draymond Green back and they just don't play the same without him. The Jazz are going to be all business and I don't know if it will be close or if the Jazz will run the Warriors out of town.

I also got a small treble bet on all of these happening put together, effectively @ 4.47x.
